Efficient friendly service Hugh in Paisley

Good customer service, nice clean shop with a good variety of beds and dining room furniture. Csilla@uddingston even made us a coffee whilst we were browsing

Our situation changed due to the house sale falling through meaning we were no longer able to take delivery of the sofa approx 3 weeks after ordering. Tried to cancel only to be told we would lose our deposit of over £300. Poor customer service, no interest in our situation and takes an age to come back to you.

We went in looking for a new bed and mattress and Sue in Swansea branch was so helpful. She took the time to understand what we needed, explained the options clearly, and didn't rush us at all. Ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and the service was brilliant. Thank you Sue!

Great experience in store and delivery but impossible aftercare when you try to solve a fault!!! No joy quick to sell but nil aftercare

Got into shop Bradley just asked can I help and he piont us in the right direction to what we were looking for then helped us along the way to the purchase that we were looking for very helpful and it all went through well in and smoothly and honest

This store was a great find. I came with my daughter to visit another few stores in the area which sold sofas and saw this store . I hadn't heard of the name before but what a refreshing change as I came back home having bought one. I loved as soon as we entered the store we weren't hassled. I would rather I find or call somebody if I need help. The sofas were a great price for the good quality they are . The salesman TONY@Manchester was patient as I had forgotten the measurements so needed the ones on sofas I spotted to see if they fitted. I love it when there is great customer service and delivery was sorted too. Can't wait for my comfortable sofas to arrive.

We bought our sofa from Kieran at the Preston store. He was very friendly & full of useful information (without being pushy & on top of us like what we had experienced at other sofa shops we had been to) We would 100% recommend. And thanks again Kieran!
