Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I had a problem with my first delivery due to the delivery company and the customer service (Tisha ) was extremely helpful, patient and lovely to help me. After that first experience, I had few more orders and everything was amazing, quick and things well packaged.
Highly recommend.

Brilliant natural beauty shop
Have placed several orders with Naturisimo, great website and products if you are looking for natural, eco friendly / ethical beauty, skincare and wellbeing ranges, some that you can't find elsewhere. Products are lovely. Rewards and offers are great too. Website is really good, ordering and communication is excellent. Had an issue with delivery of an order and customer service was fantastic, sorted it all out for me. Just brilliant!

Tisha is an incredible customer service representative! When my order got held up she kept an eye on it and kept in touch with me. Even though the issue was with delivery not Naturismo. In addition they stock products that are hard to find. Excellent job Tisha and Naturismo!!!!

Top Notch in every aspect!
Firstly, the products are fab and there's plenty to choose from each with a load of information.
Secondly, the company are Superb when it comes to communication regarding queries.
I contacted them late this evening. The lovely Tisha got back to me almost immediately and my query was resolved following a further dialogue. What a Gal! Warm, helpful and she knows her stuff!

The Customer Service was excellent after a product was sent that appeared to be incorrect. Tisha provided regular updates of her discussions with the brand which sold the product and gathered the necessary information to resolve the issue.
