Naturisimo was my favourite shop for my makeup, skincare and haircare. The only time I’d shop elsewhere is if they were out of stock. Since they’ve changed to Oh My Cream they no longer stock the brands I use, luckily Space Nk and Cult stock most of them.

Favourite products no longer stocked
Have used Naturisimo for years. Excellent products and customer service. I am disappointed that they are now "Oh My Cream!" (what a peculiar name) and they no longer stock some of my favourite brands: Green People, Organyc, Weleda. I also cannot track previous orders on the new website.

Wonderful company to deal with...
Naturisimo has a wonderful range of clean skin and beauty products. The site is easy to navigate and the communication is excellent. I had a minor query regarding my last order. Lost parcel but great customer service!
Final edit: I received the full refund and a beautiful gift from them as an apology, which was fully reinstated my faith in them! Thank you!
Second edit: Very happy with the customer service (Tisha in particular, has been kind and very helpful), who managed to find out my order got lost in transit somewhere and they have not only issued a refund, but are sending me a little gift as an apology for the inconvenience caused. I will certainly make a final edit once I have received my refund!
Edited to add because they requested it in their reply, even though I’ve emailed them my details TWICE already, my order number is #986900.
Order process was easy and I have ordered from them before, without issues. However, this time I ordered on the 27th March and the parcel tracking still only states “label created” and FedEx have informed we they have not even been given the parcel yet. It is now 14 days (10 WORKING days) later and the parcel is still not sent. I have asked Naturisimo not to send and to issue a refund, but have yet to hear back from them two days later (they claim they reply within 24hrs). Super disappointed as this has been my go-to website for all things clean beauty!

I've used Naturisimo for years and love their products and what they stand for. Their customer service team is best in class, especially nowadays when many companies prefer to direct you to bots or can't be bothered to answer the phone. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Naturisimo, even when couriers let them down on deliveries they jump on your query and are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company if you want good products that are not tested on animals and excellent service.

Excellent support and a huge choice of products
I recently bought some products from Naturisimo and I had some queries about the ingredients. The customer support I received was excellent and I value this in a company as much as I value the products they offer. The Ilia blush is a lovely colour and I am very happy with my purchases.

The worst experience of online shopping…
The worst experience of online shopping I’ve ever had. If there were a 0 star rating I would give that. Original parcel didn’t arrive, then when I went to re-order two of the three items were out of stock! It’s a joke. Helpful customer service but it seems like a sham business with no stock.

I love this site
I love this site. Having a one stop shop of organic beauty products. I love all their products so far, especially the beauty bags of smaller sizes to try. I recently bought a product where it leaked a bit on arrival and the team swiftly sent me a replacement the same day. Another time I bought a present for someone and opted for their gift wrapping and it was the most beautiful gift wrapping and hand wrapped label I have seen. My friend was so impressed that she kept it and showed it to me. I would highly recommend. I don’t buy from anywhere else

Terra Nova Quercetin & freeze dried nettle complex
Received goods quickly . A discount didn’t work but Jhana at Customer Care sent me a lovely message & refunded immediately . Fabulous customer service , recommend ! I’ve only used my supplements for a couple of days but I must admit I do feel they’re working ! I have been suffering terribly with silent reflux for nearly a year & doctors stuck me on omeprazole high dose 40mg a day plus high dose Gaviscon .And just want to keep prescribing as camera test into stomach showed nothing untoward . ( Well it wouldn’t if it’s histamine related ) Had terribly bad sore throat , losing voice , taste of acid in mouth / throat , sinus issues blocked etc . Omeprazole did nothing apart from bloat me out very bad making me very uncomfortable. Thankfully in my own research someone said that high histamine can cause acid reflux . ( specially during / after menopause ) I weaned off Omeprazole over few weeks & then took one antihistamine ( Loratadine , non drowsy ones ) . Well couldn’t believe it as literally on the first night of taking my sinus issues felt better . After a few days my throat not so sure either & acid taste / feel going ! Then after more of my own research I read that Quercetin & Nettle are natural alternatives for high histamine . I’d rather this route so ordered the Terranova Quercetin & Nettle complex tabs . ( freeze dried nettle better than leaves ) . I’ve only taken them for a few days with Loratadine still but I do believe they are really helping & symptoms decreasing even more ! 🙌 🙌 . I’m hoping to just do natural way so after few weeks will stop Loratadine & just do natural way . I may have to up dose of Quercetin , but I’ll see how it goes . Just wish they were bit cheaper . I can’t believe doctors have no idea that acid reflux can be due to high histamine . They stuck me on long term Omeprazole which can cause all sorts of other probs , when just one little antihistamine Loratadine tab was the answer ! I even told one of the doctors this but he had no knowledge of it at all . Unbelievable !! I’m not saying that acid reflux is always due to high histamine as yes of course they’re can be other reasons that I guess omeprazole will help . So don’t want to frighten anyone . But in my case & from others I’ve read about in research it is the reason .
So just to let everyone know to do their own in-depth research if suffering from anything & not getting results . Sadly doctors just don’t always have enough knowledge ! Wishing everyone a healthy happy New Year 🥳
