Amazing customer services and fantastic ethos

Such a great company with amazing customer service and fantastic ethos. I had concerns regarding an item on their site and they contacted the brand directly and kept me updated throughout. It also makes life so much easier to be able to go to a site and know that the products are safe instead of having to search up individual products/ingredients.

Excellent company in everyway …

I absolutely love this company not only for the fantastic range of clean beauty products and their business ethos, but also for the exceptional customer service. I recently spoke with a lovely member of the Naturisimo team called Tisha, who went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry. I have been a customer of Naturisimo for a couple of years and I can honestly say they are one of the best companies i've ever had the pleasure to shop with.

Absolutely love Naturisimo. My go to for all my beauty buys. Their loyalty scheme is fantastic and offers genuine rewards. Their product range is extensive and the customer service is fantastic. In particular Tisha has been extremely helpful on many occasions. 100% recommend! They also have very lovely, sustainable packaging.

One of the best customer services

One of the best customer services. My order took too long to arrive and I thought it got lost - it was international untracked ( don’t recommend it really). I got in touch with Naturisimo team (Tisha) - she responded quickly and asked to wait for a little while. They contacted Royal Mail to check the whereabouts of this parcel even though it was untracked. They were in touch every single time. I waited for a month because there was an awesome Beauty Box of the Month that I wanted badly but then I lost hope. Tisha suggested to replace an order with a different beauty box which was really nice of them. They sent it to British address of my friend, as I thought that would be more reliable:) You won’t believe it but before my friend arrived here, after TWO months my initial parcel with April’s Goody Bag arrived!!! I was so happy!! So, guys, if you think two months is too long - then don’t choose untracked option, your local mail can easily lose it and nobody is going to be in charge. My lesson learned. Thank you, Naturisimo and Tisha specifically for being so patient with my order and truly ready to help and make my experience of shopping with you as good as possible🙏🏻 Good luck everyone!)

Best online store for ethical and organic products

I have used Naturissimo for about three years and would not shop anywhere else. The quality of their products is second to none and shipping is quick and efficient with a low carbon footprint. I recently ordered some foundation which was faulty, but could not return it in time before a business trip abroad for a couple of months. Despite this, when I returned Jhana in customer service was more than happy to process the exchange regardless and very quickly. I had no issues with the second bottle. Again, I just cannot fault the service.
