A Service You Should Avoid — Especially for a Luxury SUV !
My follow‑up feedback for National Windscreens is unfortunately even more negative than my initial review. Not only was the service on 03 June 2026 poorly executed, but there has been zero follow‑up to address the untidy and careless work left behind. The technician struggled to identify obvious scuffs and chips until we guided him, and the windscreen was returned with solution residue that affected visibility — unacceptable for any vehicle, let alone a luxury SUV.
Their lack of aftercare shows how little attention they pay once the job is done. If this is their standard, they should be the last company you trust with your windscreen, because you may end up with it in a worse state than before they touched it !

They left mess inside the car scratched it on bonnet two screws not been put back and I don't t know were they came from but was left in the bonnet gap from were glass put in so no was not happy

Disappointed and untidy work !
My appointment with National Windscreens on 03 June 2026 was disappointing. Despite working on a luxury SUV, the technician couldn’t locate the scuffs and chips on a rainy day until we pointed them out ourselves. Even after completing the repairs, the windscreen was left smeared with solution residue, making visibility worse than before. For a service arranged through my insurance, I expected far better professionalism and care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend National Windscreens to anyone looking for reliable windscreen repair.
