I responded by e mail to you previously with full details; basically too many text messages and e mails when one telephone conversation will suffice. Cut out the automation and robots and learn to become human once again, like the two excellent guys who replaced my windscreen. (One trainer and one technician - who did use the phone).

Excellent service
Everyone was really helpful and organised and it would have been 5 stars but for the fact that on the first visit the vehicle refused to recalibrate so a second appointment had to be arranged so a windscreen with different glass could be fitted.

Very easy to book online without ever contacting insurance company. Paying excess was straightforward and simple. Was kept informed about my appointment. Staff were extremely friendly. Nice to deal with. Contacted me when completed. It took about an hour…was told it sometimes takes up to four hours. Great job on fitting the glass. Looks brand new…like when it came from the factory. No grubby fingerprints or footprints anywhere. Glass was crystal clear. Mirror fitted perfectly. First Class Service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
