Phoned national windscreens on Monday at Newcastle about a windscreen I got fitted 10 months ago, the heated screen was not working properly, spoke to the manager, he got all the info on his screen within a few seconds he said he would send someone out to replace the screen, I made a appointment for Thursday. Thursday arrived I get a phone call from the fitter that he would be with me in 15m , they arrived on time did the job no problem excellent communication from them did a good clean job, very professional. the 2 lads great would recommend the company any time

Second Call out to rectify Poor fitted…
Second Call out to rectify Poor fitted first attempt and it actually required the screen replacing again.
But this call out and service was very good and Technician did a good job unlike the previous one

Good communication
The gentleman arrived on time and was left to carry out the replacement windscreen. I was advised not to drive the vehicle for 5 days or wash the vehicle , therefore allowing the windscreen to set.
All in all a very professional job!
