3 stars is quite a low mark for me and…

3 stars is quite a low mark for me and I have few reasons
1: the depot is in an industrial estate a fair distance from any facilities. A 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to take you to the town centre.
2: On a baking hot day the waiting facilities are sparse and no fans or air con were available so had to leave as the appointment could have taken 4 hours.
3: Windscreen appears to be fine ...but they have managed to trap a rear camera lead in the radar array. Due to the above I don't fancy going back to the depot to retrieve it as it will involve removing the surround and possibly having to recalibrate again and for the time and effort required I would be better off purchasing a new camera.
4. Times for fitting could be a lot more specific ....However long the screen takes to fit plus the refitting and calibration another 60 mins max.
5: Staff wee very friendly and helpful.

Replacement windscreen

Reported cracked to insurance on 29th May. Replacement had to be cancelled twice due to replacement being damaged and bad weather.
Fitted on the 19th June.
Fitter was polite, kept me informed as to what he was doing. Fitted all ok.

Very poor service

Very hard to make an appointment with local depot number being redirected, then a very long wait, having then got through the phone was cut off your end. On the day no calls etc & the online tracker showed 1 appointment before me - i'll wait in then, then it jumped to 3 appointments before me - I had time to pop out for some milk etc & as I opened the door to leave 2 of your vans turned up . . . . . . . .
Van left dirty with glue scrapings etc on dash board & only 1 half of the new screen cleaned outside - RHS/ only 1 half of the screen cleaned inside LHS
& possibly not your fault insurance policy says "windscreen excess £25" but you charge £100 & no receipt

Great customer experience and speedy service

I was able to drop my car off as soon as National Windscreens and work from their office space while I waited for my windscreen to be fixed. Staff were friendly and helpful and fixed my windscreen quickly and efficiently.

Great rear side window replacement

Rear side window was broken, before I went on holiday, leaving my car at Luton airparks.
Technician attended in my absence, liaising with Airparks in my absence, but keeping me fully informed of the job progress and sending me a detailed completion report. Technician even cleaned up the excess glass from inside the vehicle, before leaving.
