many times i lost the time of payment as no way from you side to inform me that i should pay the fees of changing my flight, only sending email and that not enough to take care of what should do, you need to think of new way to inform your customers by calls, or text SMS for example

A. 2 of the 3 passenger names were misspelled.
I never misspellt a passenger name in my whole life. The company refused to help, and only due to British Airways devoted services we were able to embark.
B. MyTickets changed the flights 2 times! Ruined my vacation!

Very poor service on refund. It has been six months I have not received my refund for the canceled tickets. the worst part it the tickets were not canceled by me but the airlines. It is better to pay more rather than wait for the refund which seems very difficult or near to impossible. This ticketing platform is cheating passengers in the name of refund. I doubt they have intentions to pay your money. Please avoid using this website.

Worst online travel ageny I have dealt with.
I booked my ticket and bcoz of death case I had to amend the flying dates, so bcoz of their weird process I have to send a kind request to them first and wait for their reply.
5 hours passed now and I have never heard from them while I'm requesting for same day flight!!!
I keep calling and chasing them and their answer was that I should have sent the request 24hrs before,, my deep apology dear respectable travel agency bcoz my family member didn't write to us to notify of his death!!!
Such unprofessional people to deal with, slow process while on other websites you can go directly change the booking and pay for it and that's it. But unfortunately, I didn't know how weird you are until I dealt with you.
To update you guys, finally after calling Emirates Airlines and begging them to assist us considerg the emergency case, we were assisted only by Emirates Airlines manager who approved amending the tickets through the airlines, bcoz they are more human and know how to assist others, and after 9 hours of submitting our request to mytickets they replies to us asking for a payment of 3700 aed, while Emirates Airlines charged us 1560AED.
At the end mytickets agency not only unprofessional but they are also scammers, unreliable and hungry for money. good luck with your stupid business scammers!!

I wish I read the previous reviews before purchasing our tickets. I always like to give a company the benefit of the doubt when reading reviews but unfortunately the reviews for this company speaks VOLUMES.
We purchased return flights to Dubai from Dublin, the company changed my partners last name and middle about and we did not realise. When checking in at the airport is when we first found this out, the airline was unable to change the name at the desk due it being booked through a third party, we called the company and they told us it was to late to change his name and nothing they could do (very rude and very unhelpful both at the same time). We ended up having to buy him a new ticket FOR THE NEXT DAY because it was to late to purchase for the flight we were meant to be on. Due to funds, I had to go on without him and wait for him in Dubai. This was the most devasting start to a once in a lifetime holiday. When we got to Dubai, we contacted the company to change my partners name for the flight home but got told his flight home was cancelled for him as he didn't get on the first flight... Again, would not listen to what we had to say or even try to fix the situation. We ended up having to pay £1400 EXTRA to get my partner there and back. Raised a complaint when we returned home and of course they didn't want to know about it, wouldn't respond to my emails or even try to look into it. I raised a dispute with my bank for them to look into this and they found the company at fault and thankfully refunded us the money back for my partners original flights which wasn't even half of what we ended up having to pay in the end. I am just glad they don't have the money for it anymore. Of course, now the company won't stop emailing me trying to make heads or tails of what they done wrong and threatening me for doing this with the bank.
This company was cheaper than others when we were booking our flights, so of course went with them, giving them the benefit of the doubt. But honestly, if you can learn anything from this, it is to always book directly with the airline, the stress and upset we were caused was heart-breaking. This is a scam of a company and don't deserve to be operating.

Request no: Request 14027203 Horrible horrible experience. I was given misleading information while booking this flight that it is in Air Astana airlines. The issued ticket showed Air Astana and the Mytickets.ae website also showed Air Astana in my booking even now. When I couldn't find details of the PNR on Air Astana, I contacted Air Astana customer care and to my shock, they told that there is no such flight with Air Astana. When I contacted mytickets.ae, they apologized on chat and admitted they gave me wrong ticket which actually belongs to FlyArystan. But the PNR didn't even work on FlyArystan website and neither did I want to travel with that airlines. When their customer support coudn't help me with the issues 5-6 hours before the departure too, I had to book another flight and raised a refund request which to my shock, MYTICKETS CLOSED WITHOUT ANY REASON!!!!!
I raised another request on 21 April and it is open till today after one month. When i contact their chat they say airlines reply is awaited which is completely nonsensical as this is a mistake from mytickets side and their chat support also admitted that and no airlines response is required for my refund. Hoping the issue will be resolved after i post here.

The booking process is complex. The amount mentioned is not final,you feel trapped when the amount is withdrawn from your account. The response and the issuance of the ticket is confusing,I got the mail in my junk and it doesn't include the reference until I contacted them. Generally, it wasn't pleasant experience though at the end I got the ticket confirmed.

Don’t book on this website ever.
First, they have an option to book your tickets using Mastercard credit card with no extra fees, or you have to pay around 200aed per traveler if you use another card. Guess what! It will never process the payment by Mastercard.
So then, after you pay. You get an email that prices have increased and you have to pay supercharge “increase in the price” to issue the ticket.
This is a scam and waste of time
