Extremely Disappointing Service – AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I deeply regret choosing mytickets.ae for my travel plans. My flight was canceled, and the experience dealing with this agency has been nothing short of infuriating.
When I reached out to the airline at the airport, I was told that the agency (mytickets.ae) was responsible for processing my refund. However, upon contacting the agency, I was coldly directed back to the airline, leaving me caught in a loop with no resolution.
Their response to my concerns was shockingly dry and devoid of any empathy or responsibility. Hiding behind "terms and conditions" while offering no real solutions for their customers is unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Their email responses lack any sense of accountability, and their inability to take action shows a complete disregard for their customers' trust.
This level of service borders on outright negligence, and their lack of care for their customers' well-being is appalling. This will be the last time I ever deal with this agency. I will make it a point to warn everyone I know to avoid mytickets.ae.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this agency. Their poor service and dismissive attitude are not worth the hassle.

Absolutely horrendous. My flight was cancelled 24 hours before I was due to depart and I couldn’t do the alternative flights offered so I had to cancel my flight and request a refund. I specifically made sure before cancelling the ticket on the phone to the call centre that I would receive a refund for the flights, they said yes and said I would know within 24 hours. So I went ahead and cancelled and since then I have been waiting 3 months for a full refund (baring in mind I had to book a direct Emirates’s flight last minute as my flight was cancelled which cost me 5000AED, so at this point I am almost 8500AED down). I have STILL not received the refund and said it could be anything up to 6 months and I cannot understand why. Everytime I email they send me the same email saying they are awaiting information from the airline but at this point, 3 months later, it’s a joke and I’m not getting anywhere. Now I have read majority of these reviews I am incredibly worried. There has been zero reassurance from the company on their part and I desperately need that refund as I am being charged interest on the credit card it was put on!!!!! Insane that they can do this, especially when I was told on the phone a completely different story.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in refunding my ticket. After filling a refund I never heard anything. I dont trust this company better use Go to gate trip.com and almosafer is the best you will get the refund within 24 hours. I file my refund on 17 December until now no any news of the refund.

It's a scam
We booked ticket. Payment received in full. Got confirmation and even a mail of ticket issuance. But later we are asked to pay more as flight is fully booked. However you pay more you get the same flight.
We are promised to be receiving full payment which we agreed and went through a lot of distress as the whole plan was to be rescheduled.
The refund is awaited
Hoping we will recieve the fund.

Frauds. Avoid at all costs. I bought a ticket with a "smart ticket" option, so that I may be able to change the ticket date in case of visa delay or rejection. When things didn't workout I requested to push the date but their response was:
"Dear Customer,
As per the fare conditions of your ticket, changing the date of your flight is not possible.
You may consider booking a new ticket with your desired dates."
I then requested for a refund and they said:
"
Dear Customer,
According to the airline policy, your tickets are nonrefundable. These rules are specified in the ticket fare conditions and we are unable to change them.
"
When I tell them that I bought a smart ticket option which clearly states that the ticket may be changed or refunded, they say:
"You can review terms and conditions which you agreed on our website.
According to the fare rules, your ticket is non-refundable. This means that only unused airport taxes and fees are allowed to be refunded."
Avoid at all costs. Ignore the lying 5 star reviews.
Honestly my fault for trying to save up and taking a risk.

I purchase my tickets with them for emirates flight Nice-Dubai, when I arrive to check in it turned out that My Tikets.ae purchase my tickets with miles of other person. Airline refuses to board me obviously as this is suspicious of fraud. It has been extremely annoying stressful situation. Better to book on airline websites directly even if you pay more

Hello everyone, I’m an African with no affiliation to this company, so my review is completely honest. I recently booked a flight for a friend traveling from Dubai to Ghana through Mytickets.ae. After past bad experiences with third-party booking sites like Eilago.com, I was skeptical, especially since Mytickets.ae didn’t have the best online reviews. However, I noticed that they responded thoughtfully to both positive and negative reviews, which made me give them a chance.
To my surprise, the process went smoothly. I received a booking confirmation email with order number
(WA168G0S) right after the payment was confirmed, and about 1 hour later, I had my ticket and itinerary. I felt compelled to share this because, despite the negative reviews, my experience was positive. It seems the company has improved and is providing good service now.

I booked my flight with them and 1 week before departure date they cancelled my flight without any reasoning. The "arranged" flight was not acceptable because they added a 12 hour layover which extended my total flight duration. I've been checking with them regarding my refund for the past 3 months and till date they can't give me any update, let alone they can't even provide me with how much the refund would be! Agents have no idea and there's simply no one who could answer the questions properly. I've been back and forth in emailing them and all they reply back with they will update me once they hear back from an airline.

I wanted to book a flight but their website wouldn't tell me how many pieces of luggage I would get. I called them and they said they weren't able to tell me how many pieces I'd get unless I had bought the ticket first. So they wanted me to commit to paying $450 before I find out if I can bring my stuff home. Probably the worst airline booking website I have used in my life. I will never be booking with them and I probably just avoided a scam.

I booked a ticket on 24 Dec 2023, for the date: 5 April 2024 the payement was successful, I received confirmation email with Order #4JRX07TX. However, in February 2024 the airline announced about the cancellation of the flight.
I contacted h t t p s : / / mytickets .ae/ to check if it was possible if it was reschedule. At first, they said Yes. But at the last moment they said they cannot do that. Then I requested for refund on April 7, 2024 I raised a request for refund. Despite the fact airline clearly specify on their website that the refund will be returned in 7 business days. I was informed by the h t t p s : / / mytickets .ae/ that refund will be given in 90 days. (as of today 124 days have passed)
Since then despite raising repeated request and chatting with their representatives, h t t p s : / / mytickets .ae/ has not returned the payment. They only give false promises.
Before giving my review on this website I have sent another email to them about the above-mentioned points. They should give an excuse that "they dont identify me as a passsenger or ther customer". I hope they read my email and this review and return my amount at the earliest.
