Horrible! Paid for a flexible ticket and when i came to adjust it, It was anything but flexible. I had to pay for a whole new ticket, and all the services I had before were not passed on to the new ticket. Cancelation/ticket change process is very redundant and not easy at all. Everything mentioned in their rules and regulations is not true.

Terrible experience! I would not recommend this company, they scam you into I booking a flexi ticket, which is not actually flexi with the airline or mytickets.ae they claim that your paying the airline surcharge and fair difference when in actual fact they are charging you for a new ticket. Which means it is actually cheaper to just book a new ticket online than change the booking, not flexi in the slightest.
In addition to this when requesting the change they conveniently didn’t respond to my request to change until 8 hours later when I had a flight the following morning meaning I had no option but to book their new ticket.
Further to this myticket.ae did not give the airline my correct contact details meaning they weren’t able to assist with the issue when I wanted this process expedited.

Less than 1 star. I booked a ticket online, made a payment. I was waiting for confirmation and ticket more than 3 days. No answer, then they asked me to add some extra money to get ticket. It is a scam. Don’t buy anything from this company. Scammers !!!!!

This review is based on my personal experience during a very stressful and urgent situation.
I booked a connecting flight through your website at a certain price, which was lower than what the airline itself was offering at the time. Normally, I book directly with airlines, but this was an emergency situation—I had just fled a country that went to war and needed to urgently get home, with very limited funds.
A few hours after the booking, I received an email saying the ticket wasn’t approved because there were “no more tickets at that price.” The new price was double what I initially paid, and even higher than the airline’s own price at that point. And yet, the amount I had already paid was held for 24 hours—when I most needed access to that money.
I tried explaining this to customer service, but was met with robotic, repetitive replies and no effort to assist me or offer a workable alternative through your service.
Eventually, I booked directly with the airline, which had slightly lowered its price. But even then, I ended up paying €120 more than the original amount I had attempted to pay through your site.
This was the last time I will use a third-party booking service. In my opinion, if a fare is no longer available, it should not appear as purchasable. It’s misleading and, in emergency situations, potentially harmful.

I booked flight tickets to Thailand and received confirmation that it was booked so proceeded to book my internal flights. However a few hours later I received notification that the flight wasn't confirmed and had unexpectedly sold out so now I'm over 2000 dirham out of pocket as the internal flights are now not usable. Completely unacceptable and I will be avoiding in the future.

I had a highly disappointing experience with MyTickets that I feel everyone should be aware of.
I booked two flights through their website and chose their “flexible ticket” option, which claimed to allow cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before departure. I mistakenly picked the wrong departure time, so I immediately contacted them to shift my outbound flight on the same day—just two hours later.
Flexible to me meant no change fees and only paying the fare difference, if any. But MyTickets offered me a new ticket at full fare. They explained that while they don’t charge a change fee, I still had to cover the airline’s fare difference. I contacted the airline directly: the change fee turned out to be only $20 per passenger. They refused to process the change because the ticket was purchased through a third-party agency.

I booked a flight over 2 days ago, and even 54 hours later, I still haven’t received my ticket – despite the payment being confirmed immediately. I contacted customer service, and the only explanation I was given is that tickets are usually issued instantly by a robot, but when handled by a human, it “takes time.” Frankly, this is unacceptable. It should never take over two days to issue a confirmed ticket, especially when the departure is now less than four hours away.
This delay has caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty, and I find it hard to believe that such inefficiency is considered normal. If you’re booking a last-minute flight or need peace of mind with your travel plans, I would strongly advise against using this platform. A booking system that can’t guarantee timely ticket issuance is not reliable – especially when travel timing is critical.
