For this reason, we were unable to complete your booking and had to cancel it to avoid any incorrect charge or incomplete reservation.

Regarding the payment:
Please note that no funds were actually withdrawn from your account. The amount you saw was a temporary authorization hold performed by your bank to verify your card’s payment capacity. As soon as we confirmed that the tickets could not be issued, the funds were immediately released on our side. They should now be visible again in your account balance.

If you still don’t see the funds, please contact us by e-mail — we will gladly provide you with an official release confirmation document, which you can forward to your bank to help them trace the transaction.

We genuinely regret this situation and understand your disappointment. Our team continuously works to improve our service and communication with our customers. booked a multi-destination trip through MyTickets — from Tel Aviv to Barcelona, then from Barcelona to Ibiza, from Ibiza to Madrid, and finally from Madrid back to Tel Aviv. Before the trip, I paid over 2,000 shekels to add checked baggage for two passengers, even though adding the same baggage directly through the airlines would have cost only around 350 shekels per passenger — and it’s a simple process anyone can do online. However, I later discovered that the baggage was added only to the last flight (Madrid–Tel Aviv).

When I made the booking, there was an option to “add baggage”, which looked like it would apply to all flights in my itinerary. It was not clear at all that it referred only to the return flight. Later, when I revisited the site, I noticed a tiny question mark (?) next to the baggage option — and only if you hover over it, it explains that the baggage applies only to the return trip.
This is very misleading and feels almost like fraud, since any reasonable customer would expect that paying for baggage means it’s added for all flights.

When I contacted customer service about the unclear pricing, they simply replied that they decide the price.

They do reply to messages, but almost every time they say they are “currently busy and will get back to me later.” The same happens on phone calls — you’re told you’re “number 2 in the line,” yet it still takes a long time for anyone to actually help.

Checked baggage for the outbound segment could have been purchased separately.

As I didn't receive email of itenary…

As I didn't receive email of itenary and confirmation neither a reminder to check in of my flight I missed my flight, I thought the flight is Sunday 01:00 am but the lady in the airport found that my flight was the day before, we hardly could contacted china office who tried to benefit of the situation by charging me 7000 Emirates dirham so they can take me to the plane, I refused this offer and booked for the next day flight, I waited in the airport 24 hours.
I emailed for refunding my ticket in full, I still got no response.. highly in shock and disappointed.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Purchased a flight ticket for Alaskan Airlines through them. The airline confirmation code wasn’t working; after calling the airline they mentioned the ticket was marked as fraud due to being purchased with a stolen airmiles account. After calling mytickets.ae, they acknowledged and sent me a new PNR. Same issue, the ticket was marked as fraud as they once again purchased with stole miles.

The company stating they won’t be able give me a refund as the ticket was issued, but I can’t even check in for the flight because the airline has blocked the ticket.

Didn't get my ticket nor refund

First time I booked tickets with this agency and faced difficulties and disappointed. I booked and paid the ticket and later in the day received email from saying stating my bookings was canceled and price no longer available and I'll get my refund within 24 hours. It's been 3 days and still no refund or communication from your end. Had to cancel my trip as refund is taking longer putting me in bad situation as my visa is expired now and need to exit the country.

It was very bad experience

It was very bad experience, I will never book a flight through this unprofessional company again.
I booked a ticket and they informed me that I would get the confirmation ticket within few hours, my Flight was after four days then three days passed and I did not get the ticket i was following up every day and the only answer I got was “ few hours the ticket will be issued” then finally I asked for refund and they lied to me.
If there is less than one star review I would have given this scamming company the worst rate and review ever.

I hardly don’t recommend this liar and scamming company.
I wish you the worst ever “my ticket.ae” 😡

We also see in our system that you submitted a refund request after your tickets had already been issued. According to the airline’s fare rules, these tickets are unfortunately non-refundable, and for this reason, your request for a refund had to be closed.

Worst experience ever

I booked my flight and paid for one piece of baggage (23 kg). Later, they texted me saying baggage over 20 kg isn’t allowed. I requested a refund, then left for the airport.

At the airport, the airline asked me to pay for my baggage again because the company hadn’t paid for the transit. When I arrived, my baggage was missing! The last airline had changed and they forgot to register my baggage with them!

And that’s not all — they even wanted to charge me SAR 1,500 just to fix my last name on the ticket, even though the original ticket only cost me SAR 1,500! 😂

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. 8hrs after booking and paying. They tell me the flight i booked is full and they try to offer me another one. I then find out its not the flight that is booked because they have the same flight available but just at a higher fare. My business partner booked the same flight and now this has caused a major inconvenience as we have to take different forms of transport to and from both airports. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone to either
