I ordered a Memo Paris Fragrance on the 7th August. The pre-order arrival mentioned it would arrive between the 17th to 24th of August. However i have not received the product, nor a confirmation email that it has arrived. Any time i send an email, it just sends an automated reply.

I need to point out that you haven’t ordered from myperfume.shop. I run a small family business here in the UK and do not offer pre-orders, nor do I ever send automated email replies.

Unfortunately, there is a scam website operating under a very similar name (myperfumeshop.co.uk and variations in Australia) that has been misleading customers. They are not connected to me in any way, but they’re causing a lot of confusion and frustration.

If you’d like to double-check, please WhatsApp me directly on +44 7424 444305 – I personally reply to every message.

I’ve checked my records again, and the order number you provided does not exist in my system – it isn’t from myperfume.shop.

This is almost certainly another case of someone ordering from the scam website myperfumeshop.co.uk, who are using a near-identical name to mislead people. They are not connected to me in any way.

My business is myperfume.shop, a small, family-run UK company. I do not issue order numbers like the one you shared, and I do not operate with the practices you’ve described.
