Gaining support.
I began to communicate on the chat box. There was a quick reply where I was given a phone number and able to talk to the person directly.

Nirin the advisor on the call made me feel at ease. Explained the process of accessing a Shared AVC in great detail.
I was reluctant to take the first step in learning more after receiving daily emails for some time now.
