For us, it provides access to feedback that we might otherwise not receive. And we genuinely appreciate all legitimate comments that have been posted here, both positive and negative, because they have allowed us to resolve outstanding issues, improve our products and services and better serve our clients. Unfortunately, however, Trustpilot is a thoroughly unreliable platform for consumers who wish to determine the reliability of a merchant. The algorithms developed by its anonymous and unresponsive "Content Integrity Team" are poorly designed and, as a result, regularly delete legitimate 5-star reviews submitted by real consumers who have had genuine service-related experiences. For example, in 2023 alone, Trustpilot removed approximately 30 such 5-star reviews from our page. MyChargeBack would be pleased to provide copies of those deleted but legitimate reviews to anyone who asks. In addition, due to certain ambiguities in Trustpilot rules, many fake reviews posted by spammers, scammers, hackers, and competitors remain online, even though its so-called "Content Integrity Team" does claim it attempts to interdict them. As of August 30, 2022, Trustpilot had removed 551 fake reviews that were on this page, a full 70% more than those that remained. We are not the only ones who have noted Trustpilot's erratic policies. Indeed, similar observations have been posted on Trustpilot’s own Trustpilot page. Unfortunately, we have to conclude that the wide gaps in Trustpilot’s platform create an opportunity for those with ulterior motives to mislead potential and current clients. Instead of assisting consumers in making an educated decision whether to use our services, they may be left confused. Trustpilot is a discredited source. I was recently scammed out of NZ$90K by Super1investments ( See my review re them)--as a result I was approached by several companies claiming to be able to recover my money--This involved paying them an upfront fee of around US$5K than a percentage of money recovered. Most of them sounded dubious--but--I chose one that sounded OK-- MyChargeBack.com---I spoke to a George Leader at MyChargeBack and after several conversations they agreed to my paying a US$2500 fee--half then and the balance 2 weeks later--I paid the initial fee--George then told me the recovery team would contact me for required information about how etc I had paid Super1investments. Over nearly 2 weeks they asked me for lots of information--repeatedly---I supplied them what I could, but they constantly asked for more--mostly of the same. After some time I suggested that they were also scammers and were doing nothing except trying to appear as they were--Many of their requests seem to be pre prepared emails--clicked in to my address. After a fortnight of this George Leader came back on the scene offering to "Help"--I had sent copies of emails I had sent to the support team to him--At the same time as he appeared again I got messages requesting payment of the other part of their fee. I sent George previous messages to Support team again--he replied that I send them to Support team---so much for his "Help"---I--of course--did not send them the other US$1250 part of the fee-- A fortnight ago I suggested to George that they---MyChargeBack--were as big a pack of scamming scum as Super1investments---I haven't heard anything back from them since

After reviewing this claim, our support team made every possible effort to collect the essential information needed to provide services to Mr. McKenzie. While we were hopeful that our efforts would have helped our client's recovery from the devastating financial loss caused by Super1Investments, we decided to cancel his services contract. This included a full refund of any money he had paid to date.
MyChargeBack takes on complex dispute resolution cases. In Stage 1, if the client is unable to provide us information such as transaction records, communications, emails, etc. -- that we require to do our job properly -- then it is impossible to advance the case. In such circumstances, it is preferable to find an alternative solution.
We wish Mr. McKenzie best of luck and are hopeful that he will find a way to recover the hard-earned money that was lost.

Mel: We have reviewed our files concerning your multiple cases. While we understand any dismay you may be feeling, it is quite unfair to state that we "do nothing to recoup your losses." To remind you, here are the actions that we took on your behalf:
1. We prepared the chargeback request that you submitted to your bank. When the bank declined to raise your dispute (even though your met the chargeback guidelines), we appealed its decision to the government regulator. As a result, the bank provided you with a symbolic partial refund as a gesture of its goodwill.
2. The wire recall we requested from your bank was similarly rejected. So we escalated the case by having two of our attorneys send three legal demand letters, one to the beneficiary bank, the second to the regulator and the third to the prosecutor in the country in which it is located. It is relevant to note here that we wound up subsidizing your case due to this, since the cost of that legal intervention was greater than the up-front fee you paid us. We did that because we promise from the start to invest 100% of our effort on behalf of our clients, and only accept cases that we deem to meet all the criteria for recovery.
3. A year later one of our attorneys instructed you to file a complaint regarding the bank wires with another regulator. In the event you did not do so, we would be willing to assist you in doing so at our expense. Should you be interested in taking us up on that offer, please contact us offline.

I hired chargeback to review my contracts with icmarkets and roboforex! so far nothing has been recovered! disappeared do not give more news! they just made an email for me to send requesting to the bank and put an intern with no experience to follow up!

Based on the details he has provided in his review we have identified CGL, reviewed his case and found that we provided him with all the services he contracted.
We prepared for him two separate Cyber Intelligence Reports and an unrelated chargeback request, which was submitted to his bank. In fact, the bank raised the dispute with the merchant, which in itself testifies that our preparation of his case was flawless. The merchant responded to the chargeback (which was his right), but unfortunately the client's bank refused us the right to reply (in violation of the chargeback guidelines). We understand why our client is upset, and so are we. We did all we could do under the circumstances. He was betrayed by his bank, not by us.
In addition, we appealed his case against a regulated broker all the way to the national regulator, which made a offer that we judged to be inadequate. Unfortunately, the regulator has the last word in such instances.
Certainly we would have wished to have been able to deliver better results for this client. But by any objective standard we worked systematically and professionally through all his cases.

Please understand that the reason why we cannot do that for you is that we do not have power-of-attorney authorizing us to do that in your name. But we do provide assistance to our crypto clients in any way we can as they interact with the police, and our crypto team will liaise with them as necessary. In addition, permit us to clarify that we never promise crypto recovery because it requires the involvement of law enforcement agencies. What we do is provide our crypto clients with the vital information they require to file complaints with their police and begin the process of getting it back. Without that information, no recovery is possible.

When contracting with a professional service, it is standard procedure to provide an ID in order to confirm your identity and enable us to guarantee client confidentiality in the future. Without an ID number, how would we be able to know with certainty who Ashna is if someone were to call us in the future and impersonate you? This is also incumbent for companies, such as ours, which are obliged to follow the KYC/AML procedures instituted by the U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control. Our commitment to assiduously comply with the law certainly does not justify a 1-star review, and we suggest that you reconsider.

Visited MyChargeback after being scammed out of funds trading with Greenfields, it has been almost three years now, and with patience working with MyChargeback and Yuliya and their solicitor's team and finally progressing to the financial ombudsman was able to recover 70% of my funds. I gave my story,so made to sign the agreement (Oct. 22, 2019) and I paid the fee.
They should know regulars in Canada.
They only made attempt to help apply to just one Bank.
sent the response of the Bank and that was it, they never got back.
The case no is 58962 and I still have emails to this.
I got back informing you about the rejection ,that is the only way you can know the outcome.

Our records indicate that our recovery agent worked tirelessly on that dispute opposite a very difficult bank, which ultimately rejected it. We understand that it is no consolation, but the chargeback process is complex, and the ultimate decision, which is made by the banks, is beyond our control. Nonetheless, our recovery agent worked with you to prepare a complaint after the bank's rejection was received, but unfortunately you did not report back to us what became of that. Numerous attempts to contact you were unsuccessful because you consistently did not answer your telephone. If you still would like to pursue that alternative, however, please let us know.

I was charged $3000 and all gone to dogs. when I tried asking for refund for not provinding the required service (Refund of my $100,000s not a single penny was recovered) infact I lost $3000 on top, So do not attempt them or hire them for services...

Since complex dispute resolution involves several parties including banks, card issuers, payment processors, merchants, and, in your case, a regulator, we are not able to predict outcomes or offer guarantees to clients. What we do guarantee is to fully apply our expertise and professional experience to every case that we accept. We are confident that we fulfilled that obligation in this instance as well.

I'm not satisfied with MCB, I paid $5000, and I got 2 templates - one to send to my bank about charge back of my card, which my bank denied.
The other was a document "Complaint to the BaFin Financial Supervisory Authority" to send to an mailadress in Germany - poststelle.bafin.de . They didn't answer at all, have sent a lot of mails to them .... After that everything ended... Worth $5000 ... no way! Feels like I got scammed even more... :-(

Paid over $1000 for their services, did 90% of the work, it's been almost a year, and I still am no closer to getting any funds recovered than when I started. I also haven't heard from my contact at mychargeback in 3 months. They make no guarantees up front and no refund whatsoever if they can't recover your funds. I feel like an idiot for allowing myself to be scammed not once, but twice now. Don't waste your money and do NOT trust them!
