Not responding at the end,and dont solve my problems..

First of all whenever I want the truth on a company I only go to the only truthful place- trust pilot.
This company immediately dove into my situation. They actually found a loophole in the law and were successful in serving the defendant. Time will tell as I was advised that it may take 1 year to 1.5.

I want to say many thanks to Evan and his team for all those years of supporting me in trying to get some money back from a scam happening to me in 2018/19. Dispite that we didn't get the guilty people and the lost money back, they still stay continuing their attention and work on my case and they will not stop to find a way and create a positive outcome even after so many years.
I am very greatfull for their way of supporting me.

Please don’t fall for any service to retrieve money from a scam. It is impossible to recover. Most of the scammers are in another country and even IF you were to contact your local police, they have no authority to extradite or charge these people who always take false identities.
Edit: the response from MyChargeBack below has caused me to add to this…I have tried to get them to respond to my case several times, asking if they will continue to pursue getting some of my money back. But they have never responded. We hit wall after wall of furthering my case after my local police tried to get information on some identities but the crypto exchange companies will not give out that information. MyChargeBack has since just dropped my case and essentially gave up without even telling me. And now they won’t respond to my inquiries about it. So I just gave up. After giving MyChargeBack a good amount of money upfront.

I was defrauded of approximately 50,000 USD by a so called regulated broker Multibank. I was contacted by an account manager of Multibank named James Watts. This Multibank account manager persuaded me to invest in a fund Multibank were managing. I did this and for 3 months returns were good. On the begining on Month 3 the entire account was wiped out. I was contacted by MyChargeback on several occasions by South African sounding staff who endlessly explained how they would have likelyhood of getting my funds back. As soon as I paid a 2,000USD amount they would get right on it. Well as soon as they had the money they did as little as possible to attempt to get the money back and in fact the case owner assigned to my case was so bad (Minzelle Van Wyk) as to suggest I complain to the wrong Organisation on multiple occasions and never followed up once. I therefore lost my 50k and then 2k I paid to this useless organisation. Please avoid at all costs and feel free to contact me if you want proof or specific details relating to this fraudulent organisation.

I have called the Federal Police now!! In the last 2 days I have received 4 emails from
Elijah Jackson from MyChargeBack!! You depraved keep promising to leave me alone, yet continue to harrass me with UNSOLICITED emails!! YOU promised to stop, yet you SICK DEPRAVED morons continue to send me emails!!

I'm happy to provide proof and will to the relevant authorities!

THESE PEOPLE ARE PURE EVIL and don't respect your privacy or requests to leave you alone!!

Elijah Jackson, George and the other clowns are the REAL crooks.

Read other reviews on this and other platforms. I encourage anyone to look at other feedback platforms about these clowns. Again they feel the need to attack me personally, but don't take any ownership or responsibility for their behaviour.
What great woke customer service to discredit anyone who gives an honest review.
You are only hurting your own useless reputation. But that speaks volumes about how you conduct your business.
AVOID them at ALL COSTS. Literally.

After promising below to never write to me again these people again feel the need to justify their existence! Another update from them below, which I can no longer ignore after their second reply. Again proving my point that you should STAY AWAY from them and not engage with them! Thank you the messages of support I've received. My review is honest based on personal experience, which clearly other people have unfortunately experienced too.

Stay away from this company! They won't leave you alone, even when you explicitly tell them to!

George is the worst of the lot. Quoted me $10,000 USD first, then said he was willing to neg when I said the figure was too high.

When I made it clear I wasn't interested on email several times. He still kept calling and trying to solicit money from me.

I have contacted and reporting him and this company to my local law enforcement for harassment!

I just want these people to leave me alone and not contact me again!!

I will leave more negative reviews on social media platforms if they contact me again.

They charged me with the guarantee they had worked with my local police before and they could help. For the better part of a year, my emails were ignored, simple directions not followed and over a year later - I am out more money and presently - no one is providing updates. I lost a lot of money and they don't care - after all they got a piece of the pie as well.
I hate to be the warning but these people can't and won't help you. They lie and simply do nothing to resolve your issues.

The 48 emails mentioned in your response was your team trying to get a hold of one officer despite my direction to speak to the unit as a file number was provided. From May 2022 until I contacted the fraud unit myself in December - your team did nothing. Benjamin’s last email to me states “ I wished I could be more helpful, but I don't have the information you are complaining about”
How helpful is that? He knew to take my money though, right? When I complained about the length of time this process was taking - Benjamin admit it was not right. Now you want to blame unanswered email from 2 weeks ago? What about the year wasted?
Mychargeback is a waste. I have all the emails to prove my point.

Hello . I contracted your services in December 2021 and until now your work is summarized in a few letters and an incomplete trace report. Not great progress for 50% of the demanded fees. Once your only answer to my emails is to say to pay the rest of the fees, maybe your company can read this and answer my questions and suggestions. Let’s see if you are a reputable company as you say so. Looking to hear news from you.

Another scam company that tries to steal your money. I signed a contract with them and gave them $600.00 dollars to investigate my case. Under the contract they would be entitled to 10% of my recovery funds. After completing the investigation they informed me to report my case to the local police department for investigation-like they're really were going to do something. Then out of nowhere, I received a email from Diego Sanchez, from Blockchain.com, saying that they have my funds and that in order to get my funds, I would have to send $5,000.00 to blockchain address for a "hard reset "-whatever that means. I contracted customer support at blockchain.com, who said this person doesn't exist. I also received a email from cashapp, saying that i needed to send a statement from my checking account with my account number and routing number, to unlock my cashapp account. I contracted cashapp support and they told me that this person does not exist. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

You are scammers who scam people who have been scammed. You deserve prison, it's a shame.
You've been "handling" my case since October 2020. 1200 euros paid, 129 emails exchanged and still no update since 6 months.

I made payments to MyCB, to the so called lawyer firm Yoram Fay, had contact with a certain Saul, Evan, David, Nate, Andrew, Stevan and many others, or are these all ONE person?
I have sent an Apostille to the so called lawyers firm and so on.
I just do not understand that there are satisfied "clients". Maybe because they solve problems randomly.
So far, to me, it's an other, money costing, scam company! Shame on you.

I trusted you all and paid $1000 since September 2021 . There is no progress and no report about my case even I ask weekly. If you are not scammer , reply my mail and take your responsibility. I sent email to my chargeback team and my in charge person,Nick Amir every Saturday . But they didn’t reply to me. How about my case ? Is there any progress? What are you doing for one year?

I’d already reply to you. After I got contract with lawyer first time , there is no progress. When I asked , You told me to wait for contract because lawyer is changed . If Nick doesn’t work on Saturday,he can reply me on his workday. Right?

Don’t trust my chargeback team. You will lose your money two times and also you can get many stress related with this team.

These people are nothing but scammers. I paid an upfront fee of $1000 and after months of getting nothing done. I contact my credit card company disputing the charges. That's when I got their attention. Evan S. said they traced my funds and before they can move forward he said I must cancel the dispute. So I cancel the dispute and after that Evan stopped responding to my emails claiming the dispute has not been canceled even though my credit card company canceled and took back the $1000 credit. They were smart because once I cancel I coudn't dispute it again.

I am currently work with them regarding a significant crypto mining scam I was swept up into. It has been only a short time, but everything they said they would do has been done. I will report back and let you know if I have a recovery or not.

The only honest crypto scam recovery firm I found who was legit and which I came to trust after several calls and several days. I carried out due diligence. Their parent company is Cactil LLC. Directors and agents listed on LinkedIn. It will take time to recover my funds, it it’s possible, but at least I have an experienced firm acting for me. I couldn’t do this on my own. I’ll update as and when.

I hired mychargeback to see what they can do about stolen crypto and they said they had advance databases used just like the ones used by the FBI. But that was not the case and the last rep i spoke with said they can't even look into the Binance network which is the network I gave them. Now they will not return any emails or calls to return my money. They are not sophisticated enough in the world of crypto and you need to save your time and money. Do not use them.

Maybe the misunderstanding was due to the language barrier. When you tell me you asked for more information what do you mean? I sent you everything I had. There is nothing I have that I did not send.

I got rapports and tracking documents. Always get an answer when I contact them by mail. I have also had a contact with a lawyer.
They have been doing all that they can for me, I understand that they cant do the real policework, and it is there it stops. The police is not interested to work on these cases.
