Happy renewal of my British 🇬🇧 passport
I was very happy with the process of renewing my British 🇬🇧 passport over the eleven weeks from the start of the process to delivery 🚚 of my passport here in Australia 🇦🇺 today ..Carina the consultant was very helpful with every stage which was amazing and made the process easier..thank you once again..I am now ready to book holiday arrangements to the uk 🇬🇧 this coming July and August..hugs to all.. Use the official GOV.UK site and save unnecessary costs
up front: my fault completely for landing on this site.
It is not the official GOV.UK site for British Passport issues. But like me, maybe a lot of people get caught by the fact that it may look official.
So basically you pay for a passport from Europe 275 GBP
whereas the official site only charges you 145, 14 GBP.
For no benefit whatsoever. The official site tells you exactly the same as this site as what to do, what is necessary, how to send, etc. etc.The official site also helps if necessary.
As I had already paid up front I stuck with them. When it came to a couple of questions the employee was no help at all. On the site you can request a phone call - but they never called back, just repeated a mail answer I already had. The employees knowledge of the DHL Courier regulations was simply wrong.
A lesson learnt.Check web sites thouroughly and use the official sites.

I have to admit my consultant was wonderful but the process was a for myself and my consultant was nightmare. Thank goodness for Glenda with her calm approach and guidance I would have given it away. Thank you Glenda I still owe you a beer!

First time was no fluke
This is the second time we have used this company and both times they have been outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail and communication skills are of the highest order. I thoroughly recommend them. On the two occasions we have utilised them, our consultants Natasha and Paige were brilliant and we received our passports in good time.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. I was very worried about the time it would take to renew my passport from overseas as we had flights booked in 8weeks, but Hayley made facilitated the process extremely efficiently and kept me updated consistently along the way.
Turn around time was 3 weeks from submission to having my new passport delivered to Australia.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing to get their applications organised quickly and seamlessly.
