I was having problems using the UK passport application so I contacted you. Leigh was more than helpful and guided this PC illiterate through the process very smoothly and efficiently. My passport arrived a few days ago and I was kept informed throughout the process by Leigh.
I will certainly recommend you to all the British expats I know
Thank you very much

Hanel guided me every step of the way whilst renewing my British Passport. I am 68 years old and not very tech savvy. His instructions were simple and clear and he kept me informed every step of the way. I will be telling friends and family about MyBritishPassport.com

My experience renewing my B/P online while living in another country, really was wonderful. I had never done it before. I did read on the website that I would be guided step by step all the way, via an email, at each stage, and I can honestly say I was. I was so worried about doing it online myself, but I would certainly do it again.
Renewing my B/P, from the time DHL picked up my paperwork needed to renew my B/P and my new B/P delivered to me at my home, took 3 wks 4 days.
Thankyou Miguel for the wonderful guidance via email.

I am an elderly lady with very little computer skills, once I had explained how little experience I had the instructor made it easier for me. I was very grateful. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to inform the company beforehand though. I felt a little out of my depth.

The person with whom I was dealing Chelsea She understood just how overwhelming applying for a passport has become especially for someone in his 80s who may have to go and see his sister and not be able to use his Canadian passport that had worked perfectly last year just adding an ETA and made sure I understood the somewhat complicated procedure and the sudden urgency of everything

My husband and I became quite overwhelmed with news that we could no longer travel to the UK on our Australian Passports, as we had done for previous visits to family in Scotland. This was due to the UK government's new ruling for Dual Citizens. Due to having already booked tickets prior to this new law, we were most anxious to secure new British passports as quickly as possible, as we were told that our old ones were now classed as obsolete (1977+)! Anxious about attending to this via Australia Post and online processes directly with the UK Passport Office, we sought the help and assistance of MyBritishPassport. This is an agency that helps dual citizens like ourselves with the entire complex, but step by step process, to renew or obtain a valid British Passport.
We were assigned Brittany as our personal Consultant and I cannot sing her praises enough. Throughout the entire process of several months, Brittany was attentive to ensure that all our fears and concerns were minimised; our questions were attended to and answered; our documents were handled safely; and every step of the way was laid out in clear bullet point 'Next Step' directives. Having a personal consultant to guide us through this nerve wracking journey has been worth every penny, and we are so grateful for the prompt communications back and forth along the way.
Thank you so so much Brittany for helping us achieve our goals and liaising with us in such a professional manner.
I highly recommend utilising these services to secure your passport for dual citizen purposes. Being so far away in Australia, it was incredibly consoling to know that we were in safe hands and that all our original documents would be returned to us in due course. We are now a huge step forward in hopefully being allowed to travel to visit 92 year old parents who are also anxious for this visit to take place.
Many thanks Brittany and we wish you every success as you help others through this challenging but necessary process.
Kind regards,
Les and Mandy

I renewed my passport from abroad. The process was a little complicated, but the person handling my application provided clear instructions at every stage of the process. Her friendly, while also professional manner made it easy for me to ask questions and gave me confidence that my application was in safe hands.

I was so fortunate to be connected to Christa from the outset. She was my liaison throughout the procedures required for me to obtain my UK Passport. She was in touch with me throughout with reassurance so we got through it all step by step. There were several times that I was going to just give up - the Passport Office made endless requests for documents from my distant past - but Christa kept me going. We were successful! I now have my new UK Passport!! A truly great feeling.

I experienced a very severe brain injury in a car crash in April 2018. I spent months in a coma, the rest of the year in the hospital recovering. In 2025, I started the process of renewing my children's and my UK passports. We are all Australian Citizens now, and my former husband used to do this for me when we lived in Saudi Arabia. I had no idea what the PEX number was all about, and sent both my sons' passports to my youngest son's PEX number, thinking they would both be reinstated together. I soon learned I'd done the wrong thing!
By the time I had my Australian Passport reissued in my maiden name, I was speaking with a very helpful lady at the UK Passport Office called Carina. Carina understood my situation and has gone above and beyond to guide me through the process of having not only my oldest son's passport issues (because it had gone missing after being sent with my youngest son's), but also reassuring me multiple times along the way when I became overwhelmed with stress. One of the areas I injured was my amygdala, which is why I become so hyper stressed over emotional situations.
I received my own passport in my maiden name on 11 May, and my oldest son's passport arrived today. The relief I feel about having done this is fantastic, and I know I never would have been able to do this without the guidance, reassurance and consideration I received from Carina. Thank you, UK Passport Office, and especially, Carina. I am so thankful to you.
