Wow - super service from a great team!
Shout out to Luke and Drew who guided my wife and I through it all. No hard sell they just let the product speak for itself. Early days but so far my wife is delighted - it does what it said on the tin!

I don't normally leave reviews but Luke was so helpful with my final decision to purchase the scooter, I feel I must.

From my first phone enquiry with the very helpful Luke who arranged an appointment for us to have a no obligation demo at our home we have received great customer service and help. Drew came to our home and brought the scooter and most of the optional accessories. I was able to have a trial ride and was shown how to unfold and fold the scooter. I was so impressed and placed my order there and then. I received my Atto Sport scooter within a few days and was out and about there and then. I have had two strokes and whilst I am able to walk I cannot walk long distances without pain and severe fatigue. The Atto has made such a difference to my life and given me back my independence and freedom. Today we separated the tiller from the chassis and both parts fitted into the boot of our car and off we went to the seaside for a long walk and scoot along the sea front. I can only give a positive review for the company, its employees and the wonderful Atto Sport.

I had an extremely prompt response from the team, from enquiry through to delivery. The demonstration was very well delivered by Drew; always checking that I understood the information in a manner which was very personable. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase, which has enabled me to become more independent and opened up my opportunities to travel both locally and beyond.

Luke and his colleagues were just fabulous very helpful honest and upfront. The product itself is great very handy for me and will enjoy it

Drew, the rep, arrived promptly. He was pleasant, profesional and knolageable. (No hard sell.) We had a preliminary chat and then a demonstration of the scooter. As I wanted two he even made sure they would fit together in my car boot. A test ride up and down the street for my wife and I and we were both sold! Back in doors for a cup of tea and a discussion over price. The scooters will be with us next week!

Fantastic company to deal with

Firstly, the scooter is excellent. Good design, easy to use, foldable, can take it on a plane. It is reliable and comfortable. We took it on trains, aeroplanes, a cruise ship and to hotels, and it was easy to navigate, use and store in all of these situations. The accessories are all well worth the purchase, we have the under seat storage, the back pack and the cane holder.

Maybe even more importantly, the customer service experience was outstanding. Drew, Helen, Graham and their team all went above and beyond to make sure that the scooter was suitable for us, and got it to us quickly and easily, fitting around our tight travel deadlines and health limitations. This outstanding service was provided at every stage of our purchasing, from my initial phone call to Drew, during the demonstration, delivery and after sales enquiries about a part that we broke (through our own misuse, not a faulty part) and about purchasing other accessories.

This scooter is at the pricier end of the scale, but that reflects its functionality, features, ease of use, and the way that the customer support team will move mountains to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. Thanks, Drew and your team.

Drew came out to demonstrate all the various models and all their features. He made it so easy to understand and my Mum was very impressed with the products and with Drew too. Fantastic customer service! Thank you Drew. In a world where customer service is usually nonexistent it was so very refreshing to meet you and not feel pressured. You are a credit to yourself and the company. I hope that my Mum can convince my sibling carers to purchase the Attosport. I have no power as we live in Australia but hopefully Mum can convince them that it will give her some much needed independence and also help them too as the manual wheelchair is really difficult.

Drew was very informative about the versatility of the chair and too his time with the explanation of the chairs assembly, and then he looks us through step by step until we where comfortable with it. The test drive outside was an unexpected bonus

Just have to write again to say very please I am with my Scooter.

It has now been on over 6 flights with different airlines, all of which have been super helpful and obliging with no problems at all. Its also been on over 5 cruises each of which have been great.

So where has it been! On long haul flights well, it's been all over Japan twice, South Korea, Thailand and Europe.

Everyone comments on it and takes photos to show their loved ones who may need to purchase.

Although this is not cheap it has been worth its weight in gold, I have the Sports version and have never been happier, as its been a godsend.

The best is the look on peoples faces as we close it up and open it, Taxi drivers hearts drop at first then they are amazed at how it folds up and fits in the boot.

This is the absolute best buy as it is sold and reliable, the battery lasts well not run out yet since using it, its easy to charge and quickly takes the charge so you can give it a quick one hour boost or leave it overnight to charge.

Excellent communication throughout. Comprehensive demo at a time and place to suit us. Very quick delivery to accommodate our travels. Friendly, knowledgeable staff gave us confidence in our choice. The ATTO SPORT is a well engineered product and we are pleased with our purchase

Very impressed with Movinglife. Helen in customer services spoke to me for about half hour patiently answering all my questions and making sure that the atto sport was suitable before we booked a demo. Then she was also patient on a couple more calls where I was clarifying info. Drew came and showed us how it all works (and didn’t make any mess). I was very impressed with how portable it is and easy to set up, use and fold up. Literally from folded to usable in less than a minute. The accessories were also exactly what was needed. Only feedback would be that the company consider doing demo’s in Scotland. I organised this one in Essex for my friend who lives in Edinburgh and we had a video call so she could see everything. It was still a good way for her to see exactly how it works, but I was surprised that they didn’t have someone based further north as the company has been around for a while and sells all over the world. That small thing makes it a 9/10 for me rather than 10/10, but the customer service is exceptional and the product looks amazing. I’m going to be there when the product is delivered to my friend so please send another review request later on and she can review from a users perspective.

This is my second atto moving life now. Brilliant product and suits my lifestyle perfectly. This is also my second time using Steve at Atto moving life. He cares about his customer and his products and always been flexible around my needs.

I contacted Moving Life about a problem with my charger. It was not charging my batteries. I spoke to Helen. Her customer service was excellent. I received a new charger the next day.
I would definitely recommend Moving Life as the sales and service department offer an excellent service.

I dealt with Helen she was really helpful and got the replacement motor to me really quick so my scooter was back up and running in no time. This company gave me excellent service and i highly recommend them. Geoff

I can only highly recommend Movinglife and in particular Helen for the backup service they continue to provide with my ATTO Scooter, which is a superbly engineered piece of equipment, particularly when flying on different airlines.
