Good product (albeit heavier than it looks in the video) but customer services needs work. Very happy to speak whilst you may be buying the scooter but don’t waste your time on the “Get in touch” button after as they just tell you to contact someone else. Not exactly what I expected from a Customer Experience Specialist.

Drew was very polite helpful and patient and also very good at showing us how to use the scooter i.e. folding and unfolding. He was very through and could not have done better - like the scooter very much and hopefully suits our needs. Thankyou

Great engineered scooter but more time must be given to a persons-with disabilities it’s just to heavy to dismantle and separate I’m really struggling separating it in to two parts for the car and lifting it into the boot and with regards to Air travel impossible ATTO SPORT model great if your are lucky enough to have full body mobility, please don’t purchase if you have body weakness. Great for all local trips but not when you need it for tripes out in the car

I feel this company has brilliant customer service, which I think is of utmost importance when buying a scooter, I say this because I have had my fingers burnt badly with another company. Luke ensured I was happy with my purchase and was very kind, helpful and cheerful with also being professional.

Easy to make appt.Luke James was fantastic. He gave us all the time we needed to make a decision without being pushy. Luke answered all our questions and it was really useful to “test drive” outside on the gravel and incline. Very impressed with whole experience. Tested both Atto scooters chose Atto sport because of the extra features. Luke was very knowledgeable and friendly and also explained all the after sales service & accessories.

From beginning they have been very helpful and it was so easy as they speak very clear and explain everything at each stage. They would not even let me think of buying before they came to see me and let me try the differdnt scooters. They even helped me to get an intrest free loan so that I did not need to use my capital. Would recommend them to everyone.

Delivery was very quick and we’re very pleased with moving life products although they are extremely expensive

Got my mobility scooter today otto sport Drew Baker was so helpful showed me everything how it worked the scooter is brilliant folds up like a suitcase so happy with it

The whole experience was good from making initial contact with Luke through to Drew coming to demonstrate and deliver the ATTO Sport.

I am sure it will take some practice but in no time I will be able to assemble the ATTO easily

Had my Atto sport a few wks now and really love it. It has given me back independence to get to shops, doctors appts etc without relying on public transport. With a bit of practice I can now fold it and reassemble it in about 30 seconds. The machine is not cheap but it has exceeded my expectations.

Drew bringing the scooters and wheelchair to the house made the whole experience less stressful he had plenty of patience and understanding how hard it is to admit to needing help.
He was very friendly and professional lots of information and not rushing us

Drew was wonderful. He came to our home to demonstrate a scooter and wheelchair for my Mum. He was friendly, polite and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!
