24-Day Elf kit finally came, but not as described. Shipping from China, which took a full month. Each day has a card that says flip over for instructions, but the cards did not include any instructions. They would just say something like "rock these hats" or "snowflakes." Says there is a 30 day money back guarantee, but no response from company when inquiring due to missing instructions.

Do not buy from this company. I bought 3 advent calendars for my kids and they are crap. The items inside are not as advertised and the quality from dollar store. I paid $35 each for this crap.

What I order was Bluetooth glasses and all I got was plain plastic glasses

I have a charge for $99 and I have not ordered anything.

I ordered 2 sets of the gnome advent calendar offer (halloween, new christmas and classic christmas). I had then shipped to my sister's house in the next state. It took almost a month, and when they arrived, they were about a quarter of the size of the video ad i purchased from. Once i saw the pictures, i sent an email with my complaint. I had an answer the next day. They offered to refund me 50% ($105) and said to keep them rather than paying to ship them back and get a full refund. I agreed and was told i would see the refund in 3 to 5 days. It is pending in my account this morning. Mynyounger neice and great neice and nephew are enjoying them so I am ok with their solution. Don't think i would ever purchase from them again though.

I finally received the two birds that you advertised that do not even sound like birds and do not fly. I could not reach customer service for help. I wanted to cancel this I spent $36 on two raggedy looking birds. Very unhappy with this purchase. I would not go back to you again as you never responded when I emailed you four times. I will be telling my friends who wanted to buy this for their cats not to buy it it's a waste of money. I would like my refund of $36 please

Zero stars! Don't order! It's a bait and switch operation for the Gnome Advent calendars. Do NOT order from this company! I have sent emails which have all been ignored. I see they also sell on Amazon so I will be contacting them to report this company doing business as LilyRyhme. I wouldn't be surprised if Moonycozy probably sells under other different names as well.

I ordered an October and they took the money out October 14th a gnome advent calendar here it is October 30th and have not received it yet all phone numbers that I tried to reach I disconnected or just get a fast busy signal. I sent an email and have not heard back. Please do not send your money or your orders to this company unless you just want to donate to the cause.

I ordered 3 special diaries, but was sent 3 completely different books of low quality. No response was received when I sent an email to complain. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. Since then I have found many reviews that warn AGAINST this company.
