When I called customer service, the response was not professional and after repeated calls, I could get a refund. Not very professional. Think before you place the order. Better to pick up from store. At-least you know what you are being charged for.

Have not received a tracking number and moonycozy has not told me where my product is or when i will get it. I canceled my order and stopped payment on my credit card. Do not buy from this company. They have very bad customer service.

I ordered a "flying" bird toy for my cat off an ad on Facebook. I clicked on quantity one, sell price $19.98. More money than it said at beginning of ad, but it stated it covered shipping. Okay. I got billed $29.98, the product took 3 weeks to get to me, and it was not as advertised. Did not fly, didn't even flap it wings, just made chirppy sounds and that only lasted a day. This place is a scam. And it was a FACEBOOK sponsored ad. Contacted Facebook, no reply, either. The online CSR for Moonycozy acted like they didn't understand what my problem was. My problem was buying from them in the first place.

I ordered some bracelets and never got them what a horrible company a bunch of scammers I will expose them it’s wrong to take others hard earned money and use it to your advantage and keep scamming people! I want my money back you scammers!
