Never been on their site never ordered. Never heard of them but some how they charged my card

NEVER RECEIVED the birds I ordered for my cat. Website is nonexistent. I HATESCAMMERS

If there were negative stars for review I would use those. Worst company ever I have emailed them 25 times about a return and nobody will respond to me. The product they sent me was probably from the dollar store and they charged me $40 do not buy anything from this company all their stuff is garbage!!!!

Order the birds for my cat and never received it even though the tracking number given to me claimed that t was delivered to an unknown mailbox in my town. Well it certainly was not my mailbox. It was not clear who the shipper was but it could be implied by the tracking messages that it could have been the Postal Serviced. I have not been able to get any response from the company through it many names. And when try to visit the company listed in my credit card, I could not because my security system tagged it a malicious. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Total scam!!! The birds I purchased did not fly. I ordered a green rolling ball got a red one and somehow was charged for another set of 3 which I never received. I have sent countless emails with no response. Don't buy from them..

they charged my bank account for the products i wanted but never gave me a tracking number or an order number. just continue to send an automated message whenever i try to contact them. totally got scammed

I just received my chirping birds and am really disappointed to see that they don’t fly at all. Just lay there and chirp with long intervals ..a total scam. No way toget in contact with them to help get my.order fixed either.Charged me twice the price too! SCAM DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE OR GIFTSPOCKET!

This is a scammer! I have had absolutely no business transactions with this company. I have never heard of this company before my debit card was fraudulently $11.98 on 1/7/2025. Pelican State credit union informed me of the charge & requested my input as to the validity of the charge. I informed Pelican State that this was undoubtedly a fraudulent charge; however Pelican State replied that they couldn’t handle it as a “fraudulent charge” because Moonycozy had already been paid. Pelican State informed me to file a dispute with the VISA department that issued my debit card. I did not order anything from this Moonycozy & I did not receive anything from this company. DO NOT do business with this SCAMMER!!!

Moonycozy is a scam bait and switch, ripoff. Complained to credit card card and after full review received full credit for fraud. Stay away!

Ordered on Dec 7,2024 in time for Christmas but never received a confirmation email or the product!

I have paid and ordered a bag from this company on December 25th and haven’t gotten no response from them.

Not as advertised. This is a total scam. We purchased an advent calendar and the first few pieces were cute then afterwords were cheap shrinky dink plastic cut outs.

I bought a FUNKO Nightmare Before Christmas advent calendar from these people. THEY ARE SOOO TERRIBLE!!!! They were definitely not from FUNKO. Total lies!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS MERCHANT!! TOTAL RIP OFF SCAMMERS!!! GODZILLA ADVENT CALENDER Cheap pieces of acrylic I could make on my Cricut machine at home. Had to open the entire thing as the acrylic pieces had slid down into other dates. Very disappointing considering what we paid for it ($70 AUSTRALIAN dollars). Then don't have the decency to REFUND for the rubbish they do send. Also disappointed that AFTERPAY allowed them to use their service.

Well its taken 67 years but i got scams by these low lifes. Christmas prettys for my Grandchildren gone money gone.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I bought a gnome advent calendar but there were only 3 gnomes and the rest of the days were very cheap non-gnome toys. It was very expensive and a total scam.

Never received tracing number, no email confirmation. Sent email to them. No response. Have yet to receive my item

Not at all what I expected. There are no instructions. In my kit one day was completely missing. No response from customer service. The elf activities are very primitive, and some are unclear on what you are supposed to do. For example for Day 7 all it says is ‘treasure hunt’ and included plastic coin, a tiny button and strange flat bear. How am I supposed to stage that as a treasure hunt? Ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if I could. This "company," if indeed it really is a company survives on theft. Put simply, they take your money, for items they may or may not manufacture, and never produce the product they have promised. They knowingly commit fraud and rob people every day. The internet is without accountability when it comes to dishonest merchants. I ordered a gnome advent calendar for my sister for Christmas, back in September. When it hadn't arrived in a month I started emailing the company. They always replied promptly with assurances that they were behind in orders due to the popularity of the item, but it would be delivered shortly. All lies. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
