Great Customer Support

Unfortunately the products we ordered were manufacturer faulty but the team in support were quick and very helpful to resolve my issue with kindness and respect and issued full refund once a claim was put forward. Highly recommend their services.

They shouldn't even be rated 1. Piss poor company, ordered the new nail clippers waited and waited finally contacted them and responded big demand for this item. Weeks go by contact them and no response. Maybe they will screw a big fish and get caught and serve jail time or pay a hefty fine.

I asked for help in getting a refund because my hair is so far gone that nothing helps. This company has a great support team that was very nice in handling my order. Thank you!

No product delivered and no response…

No product delivered and no response from customer care and no refund!! This company either a fraud and shoudnt be operating. Complete ripp off and not to order from here again, the worst thing is no response or apologize for nearly a month still no nothing!! Lodge my last message 26/3 2026

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

It's been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order. I've contacted them numerous times and they won't respond. It seems there's no tracking after California. I want a response! I want a refund. These people are HORRIBLE!

Well I ordered. Back in February and I did get a letter saying it was shipped on February 27 and I still haven’t received them yet I think 15 days is a little too long

Order refund and customer service

Placed and order for Easter and later discovered someone else bought it for my child so I canceled my order. It was quick, easy and professional. I truly thought I wouldn’t be able to cancel and get a refund but that is exactly what happened. The customer service was amazing and unexpected). I will plan on making future purchases with this company.

Refund

I ordered my my RGB Solar lights for my truck And I was getting concerned when the first payment came due and I had nothing to show for my shipment came days later after the payment I had made several attempts to find after no avail I concelled them then I got them with a refund and I cancelled my refund and the company gave me the lights at no charge thank you

I ordered 2 smart watches on 2/19/2026…

I ordered 2 smart watches on 2/19/2026 and never got delivered. been messaging customer support with no answers. i guess 35.97$ was wasted.... this is very sad that these people do this to the customer.... i wish i would have read the reviews before i ordered..... this company needs to be reported to the better business bureau........
