Had the app for months, and never got a code to cash out after waiting for weeks. Never responded after I contacted their customer service either.

They do not pay out and do not respond to emails. Scam

Scam, been waiting over a month for a payout when they promise two working days.

If u look on they site they have a trust pilot rating of 4.5 I think that's a lie they owe me 10 do not replay to emails they are scam artists avoid at all cost and some people are getting ban from they service suppliers so use at ur own risk small update no sent them 15 emails and still will not replay avoid at all cost

I'm so disappointed with this company, ththey haven't responded to my msgs ( only one way to contact them) they paid me once and never again .. I'm owed a fiver .. pay up pls

Did my part and when I try to redeem, nothing! Now if they didn't get paid by their clients they would take them to court! Maybe we need to band together and get these people to cough up or close up!!!

I applied for a payout on the 23rd of July. That in itself took long enough to amount to even though i had it set to maximum texts. After 3 emails and no responses I have uninstalled the app. Doubt I'll get the payout so why should they get the texts. Avoid this app

It's great innit

Been with this app for months no problems then all of a sudden I cashed out and no code arrived. I sent an online message and got a reply saying my network provider has stopped paying so they wont pay. Not happy at all their still taking my txt messages tho!!

Customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I successfully cashed out once everything went fine. My second attempt to do so failed to go as indicated, I made several attempts to contact them via the recommended route and have not received any reply after 10 days and a reminder message.

Absolute con. Requested voucher. Never came and no response when you chase avoid!

Do not use, your phones network will disconnect you for text abuse ,

If there was zero star thay would get zero iv been using the app for 3 months I made 35 pound i cashed out over 2 weeks ago still no email after sending about 5 time to report them for fraud what ever you do DO NOT USE MOFONO THAY DONT PAY OUT AND IN SOME CASES YOU SIM GETS BARRED

You will not receive the payout code and your mobile operator will ban you. Do not use!

after having the app running for about 1 month and having built up a balance of £20, i decided to cash out. 4 working days later no text to go and cash in, despite a text stating it would be received within 2 working days. have stopped them sending anymore texts from my phone, doubt i will ever see this £20.00. over a week later and still no text with code and they still send text messages even though i set limit per month as zero

After having my 3 mobile account blocked, I've tried to cash out, and have received nothing from mofono. They haven't replied to any 3 of my online messages.

So not only will your phone get blocked, you may never get a penny for the privilege. Pirates.
