Downloaded app first cash in for £40 was advised due to the lockdown they'd been asked by Post Office to withhold codes to encorage people to stay home. Fair enough but once lifted still no code for my cashout. I've filled out the form online several times and I've got no response. Requested another cashout last week. Nothing received. One final message to them saying I believe this to be a scam and that I was uninstalling which I've now done. I'm disappointed as when I first downloaded the app reviews were good and it appeared to be a good way of making some extra cash. Not for me.

Cashed out £20 a few months ago, not recieved and more recently £50, still not recieved. Have emailed once again but not expecting any response. Bloody crooks!!!!

Been using this app since it started and at first it was very good, have recently cashed out £50 and not received, sent numerous emails with no response. Have just cashed out £10 so we will see if I receive this one! If not they will not be getting my business anymore! Not impressed.

Absolutely shocking, my first payment was processed but not the last 2 claims totalling £70. Mofono has lost its way and obviously does not uphold their promise or value customers.

It is a scam. Not paying no response to emails. Text Pal is Mofono new Name. Avoid.

Awful. Had nearly £50 then forgot about the app for a few months. Clicked on it and my balance was zero. Nothing I did could bring back the balance. Dont bother.

IGNORES YOUR EMAILS, HAS DODGY OWNERS WHEN LOOKING UP COMPANIES HOUSE AND IT JUST DOESN'T WORK.

Got first £20 no bother then decided to go for full £50 but after 10 emails still no reply so i blocked all numbers just now. Scam unless they prove me wrong.

Got my first ten pounds, no problem. Then got all the way to £50 and no response to emails. App is no longer working and I've just received an email asking me to sign up for textpal which is clearly the same company operating under a different name. No thanks.

Like everyone else. They stopped paying our but kept sending texts.

they have closed down and operating under textpal, as they just e-mailed me under a e-mail address I have only ever used for Monfono !

After having this app for a good while I reached £50 which they will not let me have. They have always ignored every email and every query so there's no way to speak to them. Recently they have been making phone calls from my phone number which was not in the terms and conditions and this was even after I denied all permissions! Texts started to show up in my phone logs to random numbers too so this app has been deleted. It is clearly a scam so do not be fooled!

This company is a scam, recently me and my partner have had people call us as they have missed calls from us, my partners phone was also sending codes via texts every 3 hours.
The phone calls were not outlined in there T&C, the are obviously using phones in such a way which I believe to be illegal.

Ignoring the fact put in a request for £50 and still haven't received it, what they are doing is dispicable.

Check your phones, have your recieved calls saying you have called someone and you use this app?

I urge many of you to go to your local and national body to report it and maybe look into a class action.

As with everyone else no pay out.

I used this app for a good while and managed to get 3 pay outs but then the codes just didn't get sent to you. Great while it lasted but please don't download this app.
