Dont bother unless you want to waste your time
Very similar experiences to other reviews. Requested to cash in and didnt receive a code. Its gone past the quoted 48hours on their website. Have contacted them twice about it now and no response. Also their website needs to be updated to reflect their true trust pilot scores!

I have cashed out £25 over 3 months…
I have cashed out £25 over 3 months now...the code did take a few days to come but hey ho I did get my money from the post office. The only quibble I have is that it used to say estimated monthly income is £12.60 a month and now dropped to £8.40 (and its set of max messages). Maybe a drop in income could come as a warning?
OWNED BY NOTORIOUS SCAMMERS!!!
Left a review before and was removed for slander (ie to keep to 5* reviews)
Remove this app and do your own research on what they're actually doing with your number.
You are helping to scam others!!

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. Was working fine yesterday
Up until 4 weeks ago. Now after cashing out no text vouchers sent.
Uninstalling and won't bother wasting my time or contract again
SCAM
The app was working fine for about 2 months, I was cashing in incentives of £5. About 1 weeks ago I cashed in an incentive for £10, even though they said it only takes 2 business days, it still has not arrived. Worse still, I emailed the support email for Mofono and they took 3 days to reply, with a "your voucher will arrive shortly" message. Its not been a full week and I still have not the code for my £10 incentive. I emailed again to ask and they ignored, pretty bad if you ask me, if they dont email me back within the end of the week I'm quitting this service and stopping them using my sim, not worth it if there not even going to pay you, and then when you ask just straight up ignore you. Shame because I really thought it was a good app until then. Reviews never lie though SCAM!
Does what is says
I've been using this app for 2 months and cashed out £20. The code did take a week to arrive and then I went to Post office and told the cashier the barcode number and was given the cash. I know there's lot of bad reviews so I may have been lucky. Time will tell if they will cash out my next one.
Didn't pay after cash out
Didn't pay after cash out. Waited over a month and no contact from them. Obviously scamming now. Deleted app. Won't be doing this again.
Once i got to £10 i thought id cash out…
Once i got to £10 i thought id cash out and see if this was legit even though it states you can cash out at £5 which is untrue as there is no £5 option and it also stated that it has a good review on trust pilot. I cashed out on the 9th sept and received a text saying congratulations on cashing out at £10 and that i would then receive a text with voucher 2 days later even though the app itself says youll get this text the next day. I am now writing this review 7days later and after being ignored all 5 times that i have tried getting intouch.
My honest opinion of myfono is to stay well clear they are a scam.

Dont trust them i only managed to cash out 1 time of £5. Thats it. I recruited so many people. Only so called received £5 for only 1 person. Cashed out a few times but not received a penny for it. No response to my emails either. Avoid. They are scammers
Stay clear
Cashed out £15 without any problems, cashed out £10 on the 24th August received the message I would receive the voucher within 2 working days, still waiting nearly 2 weeks later. Read reviews about networks suspended sims etc so uninstalled, have emailed several times and no response, my advice stay clear.
Scam
Had this for nearly 2 months and requested payouts not paid, 2 weeks I waited, no reply to several e-mails I sent. Deleted
