Cashes out beginning of Dec £30 havnt received the code. Emailed 3 times no response from anyone. Deleted the app now. I refuse the let them take thousands of texts a month for nothing.. :/

Scammers. Got paid 20 when first downloaded but nothing since. Made referrals and no money added. Have emailed numerous times and still no response and no further code sent. Put to zero and texts still being sent by them so have now deleted app. Avoid at all costs. Would give them no stars if I could.

Upon finding this app I was intrigued. I proceeded to use the app on my android. I have received over 50£ cash out however I am now not receiving my codes and customer service is an absolute joke. Emails with no responses are becoming the norm now. I was a believer at the beginning however now I am beginning to think I have been taken advantage of. Being connected to the post office would make you think it's a legit business. Right now I feel this is not the case. Come on Mofono get back to what you were and give us our codes and cash.

Tim Kitching - Scam

I emailed Tim Kitching, who owns Mofono Media and he accidentally forwarded me an email that he was sending to his colleagues: "this is a funny one" when I asked about receiving the payments.

Clearly they're serially scamming EVERYONE.

I'd strongly suggest everyone reports them to the UK Insolvency Services who deal with fraudulent companies.

Great to begin with but after the lockdown message about post office problems and no show on the codes I have deleted the app...

Sounds good in theory and all seemed to work. However got my balance to about £35 and tried to cash out using their post office payment method and the redeem code was just never sent. Have also tried contacting them and no response which is a bit sad really. So all in all just a complete waste of time and text allowance.

I managed to cash out £40, no complaints from me.

I had previously given this company 5 stars as the first few months things were going great. The payment codes sometimes came late but that wasn't an issue for me at all. However, things started to go wrong when they failed to send a payment code of £10 to me, I have mailed them twice with no response. During the lockdown, I received an email stating that lockdown will delay payments, I am owed around £35 in payments but now I've decided to delete the apps, get out while I am ahead since some networks block your account due to breaking fair usage or business terms & conditions. The site isn't even updated with the correct Trustpilot rating on display.

Bad service, no response from customer service, dodgy business location.. avoid at all costs. They did pay out at one point but have now stopped.

I got to £20 and requested a SMS text three weeks ago from Mofono . Still waiting no reply from them at all . I am beginning to think they are scammers . I have turned them off now .

Started off fine where they used to provide support but now, since trying to cash-out £20 I've not received anything. No code, nothing. I've emailed several times and no response, and I've noticed the app is no-longer showing on the Google Play store, even though their website is still up. I would strongly everyone to avoid.

Tried the app, got my first £20, and now they don't send me the code for the cash anymore? Been waiting over 2 months, and they don't reply to any of the many emails sent at all. Completely ignoring me.
Clearly some weird scam.

Have been saving for Xmas, cashed out and not received my code ! Emailed and messaged and have no replies as of yet...
Will be deleting in the next couple of days if I don't hear !

I got scammed, never received any code to cash out.

Cashed out £30 on 18th october and still nothing, have set my daily quota to zero until issue resolved although judging by the other reviews this is unlikely

Poor customer service no one replies to your emails etc I cash out on the 22nd and now its the 31st will deleting the app soon anyway

Great to begin with. But turned scam refused to pay out and ignoring all contact.

Stopped sending payout texts but still sending out texts from my phone even though 0 texts is selected
