A shame you have to even give one star…
A shame you have to even give one star to proceed. I earn 40 pounds and cashed in, based on the lie I would receive a code to show at the post office. Nothing arrived, and surprise surprise, no answer to my several messages. Very disappointed. This is downright theft.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I downloaded mofono after family members recommended to me thinking I can earn a little bit of extra cash for my unused texts. Cashed out in October and have had nothing! Sent multiple emails and no response yet they sent me an email in December regarding their payment dates changing! Uninstalled and deleted, don't waste your time!

This app was good through but not anymore!
This app was good through to about December last year. However, last few months no payouts and no response from emails sent to them. I've now uninstalled the app and advise others to do the same - don't bother with this app.
They are also misusing the trustpilot system. Their website suggests they have an overall rating of 4.5!

Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Been using for nearly a year and had plenty of successful cash-outs until December, when a code for £20 never arrived. Emails go ignored, so I've now disabled the app. After reading these reviews I'll be reporting them as fraudulent where appropriate as it's clearly an intentional thing.
They've also changed the TrustPilot widget on their site to a static image with no link to hide their rapidly falling reviews!
