The website was easy to use, and it was easy to get the model bricks sent to another address - they were for a gift and I didn't want them to be late for his birthday so I wanted to have them sent directly to him. They arrived in very good time, and the recipient is very happy with them, so I'm happy! I also like that there were simple brief emails with updates where needed.
