I have recently purchased a Kamado Joe through Ember and Iron. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Any questions I had when trying to decide which one to buy were dealt with so quickly. Once purchased communication was brilliant keeping me informed and on the day of delivery all went to plan. I opted for the build service with the BBQ built and all rubbish removed. Overall I'm very happy I chose Ember and Iron and will use them when I am looking to purchase additional accessories for my Kamado.

The standout for me was the butler service — having the Kamado delivered, carried through to the back of the garden, assembled perfectly, and all packaging taken away is absolute gold. No hassle, no heavy lifting, just ready to cook.

Incredible service. I ordered my Kamado Joe in the evening and it was delivered the very next morning — genuinely blown away by how fast and efficient everything was. I was kept updated throughout the morning on exactly where my delivery was, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. This is how online shopping should be done.
