When I made the payment the page got…
When I made the payment the page got all white and I didn’t receive any confirmation number, but they still charging me. I waited hours and contacted the hotel and they don’t have my reservation. I did a new reservation with a trusted website and when I checked in it is still not showing any reservation. Through this website.
Update; got my money back after being pending.

Hi Priscila, so sorry you had a bad experience booking! At times under high booking loads we experience bugs, and the engineers are busy working on it! As you noted in your update, any failed booking is immediately reversed, though it might take banks 24hrs to clear it from your statement. Glad that this was resolved though.
Zero customer service
Zero customer service, date requested in the search was not the date reserved or refundable/changeable. Phone # goes to a voice mail box out of Cancun.
Beware, just another scam site that You cannot get ahold of the organization when something is not correct.

So sorry you had issues with your reservation Russell! The hotel must have given you a wrong number as our toll free line is located in the US. You are also able to reach us directly from your booking confirmation overview, by clicking "Support"

Customer service 5 stars! I had a complication with a reservation and was getting frustrated with the process of fixing it. The customer service person over email was so kind and patient and helped resolve my issue quickly and completely!

Total Scam
Total Scam. Address listed for my hotel reservation was for a different motel. My hotel had no confirmation and the moby confirmation matched nothing. The hotel phone number listed on the confirmation went to a private phone. Glad I looked up the phone number of the hotel, called to confirm a reservation that was never made. Now to get the $$ back on my credit card.

So sorry you had a bad experience! At times, hotel systems are slow to receive reservations, especially last minute ones. When this happens, we refund guest's once they contact us, as what happened in this case.
