I've traded phones with other companies in the past and had a much better experience.

Details on their website seemeded competitive, which is why I thought i'd give them ago.

Mobile Guru were dishonest per the listing on their website and the interactions I experienced, per my review.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DISHONEST.

Posting to their store was easy.

That's when the games started.

Firstly, I got a low-ball offer that was ridiculous. It didn't even match what is listed on their website and the corresponding description.
Website = $240
Offer = $170

They supposedly did another review of the phone, and surprise, it operated as I described. They came back with another lowball offer.
Offer = $190
Option = not sell, pay for post, $10

I said the phone matched the description I listed on their website, but I was over negotiating on an old phone. I stated $220 in my bank, or return the phone.

Magically I had $220 deposited in my account.

Don't trust this company. They like to play games.

I would recommend to use any one else by Mobile Guru. Mobile Monster would be my next choice.

Very happy with The Mobile Guru, dealing with them was a breeze! I was a bit hesitant to start with but they were great! I sent in my old iPhone & Apple watch, their communication & payment was prompt! Definitely recommend!

Used them to sell two old phones that would otherwise have been disposed of. Happy with the service and glad that someone will eventually get some use out of these phones rather than go to landfill.
