Worst experience ever. I order the wrong item by mistake, 2min later I tried to cancel the order and they didn't let me saying the order was already prepaired. Imposible cause it was outside business hours. Now I receive an email.saying my order has a new shipping date wich is 1 month from now!! This page is a Jole, i would not recomend it to anyone.
Receiving the phone, it works and seems accurate to description. But having to writing a review can go eat a bag of dicks,

Tried to contact Back Market in office hours. You have to wait 24 hours even to get a link to their chat. Appalling customer service. Sending out wrong and inferior products to that which was ordered, with no possibility to contact. Avoid.

Was easy to purchase, Back Market kept informing me while the product was shipping and also let me know the day it was coming. I bought for a christmas present so can't review the item but I was happy with the whole process of purchasing the phone. I highly reccomend this store

Ordered 2 phones, I received 1, wrong colour (which was advertised cheaper than the one I purchased) and it was not reset properly, the 2nd one was cancelled due to the supplier not actually having the stock, after I hassled them for several days about why my order had not been sent. I have brought several refurbished phones from several other well known suppliers in the past with out ever having an issue. I will be dealing with them again for my future purchases this whole experience was very disappointing.

Beware - they use resellers and some of the resellers are dodgy. I ordered an iphone which was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. 10 days later (I waited awhile as it was Christmas rush time, thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt) with zero communication from Back Market, I queried and a day later received a generic email saying my order was cancelled by the seller. Now I need to purchase from another place and pay for express shipping so it arrives for Christmas.

Be very wary of these people. I brought an Apple Watch SE 2nd gen. The watch arrived and would not turn on or charge all. I same day as for a return for refund of money. I sent watch back, the seller got it today and instead of processing a refund I get a message from auspost I have been sent a package from the same dodgy seller. I DONT WANT ANOTHER DODGY PRODUCT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
