Wow, first experience using Milkrun

My household shops at Woollies online and we received the promo about trying Milkrun. We were super impressed that the order arrived at our front door in about 25 minutes.

I found the selection great! Everything I needed was stocked, plus a few brands I hadn't seen before and decided to try.

I did notice the cost per item is slightly higher than typical for Woolworths. However it's understandable given the rapid delivery.

I wouldn't use it for my bigger grocery shops but I can see myself using when I've been caught out with very little in the fridge. It's such a convenient service.

The app is also designed very nicely! Very smooth to use. I only wish I could make a list of favourite items. Thanks :)

Gone to s**t

Gone to s**t. We live literally 200m from the black store. When they first opened sure we got a delivery in 10-15 now. Needed a few things tonight. Been over 1h and 20min (and still not arrived) after saying it would be 20min. This is becoming a pattern. I’ve gone out to the shops myself and back in that time. I’m out

5 stars - again! ordered a meal and drinks from 2 separate stores from doordash - and as usual their driver couldnt find our apartment building. ended up canceling the order and getting it from milkrun instead after 30 mins on the phone to doordash without any help from customer service - milkrun delivers without a problem in under 15 mins - excellent. Great and friendly service - thank you so much

Blown away!

Blown away by the quality of food (ripe tomatoes, fresh fruit), the time of delivery (7-9 minutes max for me so far out of 5 orders) and the ease of their app. Sounds too good to be true but it is as perfect as that!

I LOVE MILKRUN !!!

I LOVE MILKRUN !!!! Everything about this customer experience is brilliant. Great products and produce, super lightning fast (almost magical) delivery by super nice people; I mean you order an avocado and you get a nice one! Go figure! I can rely on MILKRUN; I have had nothing but reliable, beautifully packed groceries delivered with a smile. Who’d go out !
