MILKRUN is the most pathetic service ever!!! Have been charged x3 seperate $19 transactions for items I have never received or even able to place as there was a system error with Apple Pay. They... See more

Convenient but still a rip off
Convenient? Yes if you're sick and contagious. Worth it? Hell no, the same shop would have cost me more than half if i went to Harris Farm, and produce would have been fresh, not floppy. Tiniest cabbage and cauliflowers I've ever seen
Possible scam/security issues
Used the app and the driver delivered to wrong address apparently so talked to support and they re sent out my order. One day later I see multiple transactions upto $219 charged to apple from my bank account and I DID not make such purchases and the only thing new I've used my card details with is this app with a lot of bad reviews so I'm definitely suspicious of this app and DO NOT RECOMMEND
Worst thing
If I could give this a zero I would. No one answers the call. No one tells you when items are out of stock, they just proceed to send you rolls, honestly an entire drive for small useless items. Then the drivers do not bother reading simple delivery instructions. On top of that, "leave by the door" apparently means open my door without knocking and univited and put the stuff inside. Never been so appaled and violated.
Not interested in hearing feedback
My initial thoughts of Milkrun were positive, yes, they add 30% on top to cover their costs like uber to, but it's ultra convenient. Until the issues became clear, stock levels not accurate between app and the store, items dropped on the driveway, paper bags ripped, incorrect items delivered.
I reported an incorrect item and my experience, only to have my request closed and be ignored? Sorry what? What sort of company does that?
Really disappointed.
Worst customer service I ever did receive
Order arrived 35 mins late and then they mixed up my entire order and refused to refund me because I had already put some items away. I put them away because they were dairy products and meat/chicken that needed to be refrigerated. After two days of chatting to their customer service team and manager they refused to refund and banned my account.
Thing is they would have had to refund around $240 worth of food and so I'm guessing that's why they're refusing and arguing so much.
First few orders, good… after that, bad. no way will I use this service again for fresh foods.
First few orders were really good, then went downhill fast.
I had started recommending it to my friends but no more!!
First time I complained I got no response.
They delivered sub par quality food.
Dented cans, fresh fruit and veg that you would never pick yourself.
For that you pay premium prices for each product.
I’ll seek out other delivery services from now.
This is a godsend for when I am at home…
This is a godsend for when I am at home and kids dont want to leave the house. Fantastic service for those of us who dont have a support system. Thanks for making life that bit easier 😀
4th time using😖
4th time using, and have had 3 screw ups with hot chicken … last try, they couldn’t even deliver a chicken 😂🤣
It’s a joke .. not gonna bother now
Always been a fan before but experience…
Always been a fan before but experience keeps getting worse. Delivery driver would be in one place for 50 mins not delivering my item. Support system is bad and cant be reached
Fantastic
Fantastic! At home doing a covid isolation avoiding dragging myself to a supermarket easy, quick delivery, super impressed.
Sick at home all week..
Sick at home all week. Used this app today as I needed some stuff and was totally blown away by the sheer ease, convenience and timeframe from downloading the app, to ordering, to delivery.. all within 45 mins! Brilliant!!
0 stars!
0 stars!! Took $55 out of my account randomly. Called them up said they'll investigate but haven't heard back from them. Been a week now and still nothing. Don't use this rip off app
Been using a bit but app is glitchy
Been using a bit but app is glitchy . Have twice had it revert to a different saved address once checking and changing the address . Messaged as no groceries yet charged . No response. Might stick with uber or servo
Woolworths with a premium mark up
Woolworths paid how much for MILKRUN?
I like MILKRUN for the convenience but I also have Woolworths delivery.
The prices on MILKRUN are 10-15% higher than Woolworths- why?
It's a rip off and this app won't work unless price parity is adopted.
I guess it's their play at negating Uber Eats grocery delivery
0 stars if you can't order or contact them
As a person with a disability and regularly not able to drive, having an app like Milkrun sounds like a great idea. Not so great if you only have access to a mobile phone (my laptop is in the shop). I literally can't place an order as it's not possible to checkout, if you have to leave the checkout page to go to emails for the code to buy stuff. EXTREMELY BADLY designed, and literally can't place an order. I find this discriminatory, ableist, and elitist. Additionally, Milkrun is impossible to contact online or by phone. There needs to be an option for 0 stars if you can't even contact them or place an order. Bad, bad, bad. I've tried to place an order and contact several times in the last few weeks. Not happy Jan!
Prices are ridiculous
Prices are ridiculous. Don't have the nerve to call it a special if it is 20% cheaper instore. Cheapest 1kg block of cheese on app was $16 and in store, $11.
Literally took my 30 seconds looking through the apps "specials" to see the scam. Company failed the first time, should fail the second..
Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless! Got the wrong order delivered! Customer service have no clue not empathetic. Avoid at all cost not worth the headache. Not to mention they are more expensive then the actual store.
My meal was ruined as I was waiting for the order ingredients! Never again
DO NOT USE MILKRUN!!!
DO NOT USE MILKRUN!!!
A deliver that was supposed to take 15mins took over 45mins and the allocated DRIVER CHANGED TWICE!!
I had guests and had to do a live chat and cancel my order, run the the shops!!! I’ve closed my account. Thankfully
Estimated delivery time is wrong.. min 2 hours now
My first few orders were fine and I was impressed, happy with the markup as I understand that’s just part of the quick service
Now it’s taking hours to arrive, the order is picked and packed quickly but it shows the driver as waiting at the location for over an hour, if I call they say they haven’t been given the order yet so I don’t know whose telling the truth
I’m frustrating as usually if I’m using this service it’s for a reason like needing ingredients for dinner that’s already being made
No Problama
Everything was there, nicely and carefully packed, arrived promptly, good instructions, and delivered exactly where they were supposed to. Two definite thumbs up!
