Despite a previous bad experience where the key ingredient was not delivered I gave this another go. Tonight making pasta with pine nuts, tuna and pumpkin. Delivery was made without these ingredients. Very disappointed and now ordering take away.
Completely crap app, don't use
Completely crap, missed the first order I placed. I was sick with covid so didn't want to infect people at the shops. Order was late and they Sent me picture of a delivery that went to a different address, where with a quick google search you can see was completely different to my place. Now I've got no food to eat, will have to order pizza instead.
Worth it
A few issues with deliveries here and there, but customer service usually decent, providing refunds and vouchers when necessary. About a 10% markup over in-store prices, but they have free delivery deals and coupons pretty frequently that knock the price down. Overall a better experience to grocery shopping via Uber eats/Doordash (but be aware that they outsource their delivery drivers to these companies).

They outsource their drivers to uber or doordash. I've had 2 deliveries to wrong houses and been abused by another because I wouldn't walk down the street and meet him when he was waiting at the lights because he didn't want to park. I was at work alone and couldn't so he abused me. Don't use.
I have appreciated Milk Run
I have appreciated Milk Run. I've been sick for the last few days and not able to go and shop. Milk Run has been reliable. Thank you.
Dead on arrival. Didn’t work and support gave up.
The Milkrun app wouldn’t process my order. I tried several times using different payment methods and nothing. I reported the problem to their support who wrongly diagnosed the issue and gave me a voucher. The issue wasn’t fixed so the voucher was useless. Eventually their support team just gave up replying to me and left me with an app that didn’t work at all. A total waste of my time and energy. Don’t bother.

Don't bother. Seemed really good initially with all the savings. Once I linked my everyday rewards card the prices jacked back up to normal Woolworths prices and some prices even higher. Waste of time BUT the 5000 points are worth the $50 spend upon sign up... the only benefit.

I have placed an order and waited and waited for it to get picked up. I dont see a point of paying more on each item if they cant provide proper delivery . useless app

Milk run was good until it join with metro, missing items all the time, prices are double when in store.
Delivery’s not being completed but no update from staff to inform you?
Customer service is shocking
Metro/Milkrun WERE great once
Was both a loyal MILKRUN and Metro customer for years, however it has gone to the dogs now. Jacked up pricing significantly, plus delivery fees, gotten slower and today - order sat in nowhere land for 1 hour - tried calling - but the phone lines are turned off, tried chats and got barely responsive non answers - only to be told the order wasn’t going to come and they’d refund it. Still no refund processed. Order still sitting there saying error and it’s been 2.5 hours. They’ve stopped responding. Spent thousands across MILKRUN and metro and won’t ever spend a cent again. I’m done.
3 Hour MILKMARATHON
MILKRUN managed to turn a 30-minute delivery, from a store which was just a 15-minute walk away, into a MILKMARATHON. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I called to inquire about the delay, only to be told they would be rebooking a driver. The second call revealed that the first person I spoke to had mistakenly cancelled the order. Timeliness matters, and this experience left much to be desired. The delivery arrived a whopping 3 hours later. I might consider MILKRUN as a last resort, as long as I am not in a rush. Hoping for improvements in their service…if I do. 🥛🐢🕒😐
Fell off a cliff
It is absurd that a brand that once took pride in achieving a 15 minute delivery now takes over two hours to deliver within a suburb. Most orders have missing or incorrect items, stock is always out, the social media marketing insults their customer base, and the prices are simply woolworths prices. Woolworths should just give up on this one.

Gone waaaaaaay down hill since Woolworths bought it. It’s almost like they regret it and put no resources into it. No stock, wrong orders delivered, drivers who don’t read the instructions.
2nd muckup
Second time delivery has been left on the street outside my building. No attempt to buzz & bring to my door. And over an hour late. I wasn’t able to go down to the street to collect due to injury hence delivery. Hopeless!!
Always items out of stock
Always items out of stock, and missing items they then continue to “Thankyou for your feedback” with no fixing of issues

About 4 weeks ago I didn't receive groceries. I received a email saying that they will refund the money I lost. I still haven't received any money. As I can't get out because I have had a stroke. No one from milk . I am not impressed
Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant! My car is not working at the moment and I was caught short on cat food. First 3 deliveries are free, so ordering cat food didn't cost me a fortune and they even put in a free bag of chips.
From placing order to delivery in hand was 20 minutes and I could track it like uber eats, top notch service, can't Rabe enough about it and have told everyone lol
Great experience
Great experience. Friendly delivery driver. On time.
Delivered to a different address
Delivery driver took bought goods to a complete different address and spent an hour doing this. She delivered to that address keaving the chilled items outside on the street, when attempting to call her it would not connect through the app. No redelivery of goods option when contacting customer service then told that the refund will be returned in a day and that I would be emailed and this was not the case at all when following up.
LIES
I went to enter my address. I live in the suburb of morningside in auckland. The app told me it didn't deliver to my suburb yet. So I checked the list of suburbs they do deliver to..and would you believe it? Morningside was listed in that list...so how do they not deliver to my area?
