Super helpful and responsive customer service!

From set up questions to troubleshooting questions, I've had to contact Mila customer service several times. Every single time, they have been quick to respond, and super helpful at helping me resolve the issue. I rarely have to call someone,instead I can just email. Getting help is very convenient and fast. I couldn't be happier.

My condo's air nice has completely…

My condo's air nice has completely transformed thanks to Mila. I can without difficulty goal precisely what I want with the seven filter out options, and I can be positive it's doing an awesome task due to the CADR score. The Android app is quite smooth to apply, and it even gently reminds me while the filter out wishes to be changed. The customer service turned into informative, activate, and kind after I contacted them for preservation recommendation. I'm pretty thrilled with the cleaner and the crew's stage of attention to element.

Great app but have hardware issues

I absolutely love the app. The filters are quiet, but I have now had three out of six filters. I own fail within the first three years. I haven't even mentioned the third one to customer service yet and they did eventually replace the first two but I'm a little bit concerned about the rate of failure and I would've expected these to last longer than 2 to 3 years with regular filter replacement and cleaning

Poor customer service

While I like the idea of this product it has been a disappointing and irritating experience dealing with customer services. We have 2 Milas both with the cuddle critter. At checkout they suggest you buy socks for the filter which are not required as the cuddle critter has them already. Mila will not take them back. Very poor.

You’re right that the Mila Sock comes pre-installed on the Critter Cuddler filter (that’s noted on the product page), so you don’t need to purchase a separate pack of Socks unless you want extras on hand. If yours ever gets too grimy, just toss it and wrap on a fresh one from your extras.

The air purifiers are amazing

The air purifiers are amazing, we have 3. Even my husband commented on how much better the air is. The customer service is outstanding. My only issues are the filters are a little costly and don’t appear to be environmentally friendly in any way and the App could use a little simplifying. Over all great purchase and no regrets!

We use HEPA media for maximum performance which means the inner media isn’t curbside-recyclable (the ABS plastic shell is, though!). Cheap product with no quality control

I bought a unit and ended up with four, because each one arrived with a defect, and Mila would just send me a new one without taking the old one back. All this tells you is how cheaply made these are.

The units themselves are loud and poorly made. The fan isn’t centered so it makes a grinding sound, like plastic hitting plastic. The app is okay, but falls short in a lot of areas. I’m under the impression these don’t even work, as it could never lower the AQI, and would constantly tell me to close the windows that were never open.

Their marketing team is always on full damage control. They constantly talk about how issues are “unusual” or how they’ve “fixed this recently in newer units”, but they’re just making it up. I doubt they even know where their units are made.

Apparently they named the company after one of the founder’s daughter. I would be such an ashamed parent if I named a company after my kid and made that company crap.

Avoid Mila, buy anything else. A furnace filter taped to a box fan would be more effective than these.

Mila always provides great support. In this particular case, the refer a friend link was not working but support worked with me quickly to get a discount code for my friend and applied a benefit to my account.

I am shocked to say I had a pleasant experience with a customer support issue. Support went above and beyond in my experience. I had two different, unrelated issues, and the support staff were rockstars. They truly demonstrated that Mila prioritizes customer experience in addition to product design.

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money. Had to have our unit replaced twice. The first time they were back ordered and we had to wait months to get a new one. Didn’t keep them from maintaining their planned replacement filter shipment, of course.

This last time we had an issue, I messaged them to let them know our unit wasn’t functioning properly again. They shipped out the replacement filter despite our unit not working. Blaming us for not confirming their “turn it on again and off again” solution didn’t work. They will not accept a return of the filter we cannot use in their broken unit or provide a refund. Absolutely refuse to continue our subscription with them and deal with constant quality issues and poor customer service.

Noisy Mila Mini - Exceptional Service

I recently purchased 2 Mini Mila's. I got a blue one and a green one. Love the colors. The green one in the bedroom was noisier than the blue one in the family room. I contacted Mila Cares and they have been exceptional. Their customer service is par none. They are replacing the green Mila Mini and they are keeping me informed as to where we are in the process. I highly recommend this company and their products.
