Following a quick search of Google for local companies I came across Midland Air Conditioning; what a blessing this was. Superb service from reception to engineer, I can't speak highly enough of this company. They have kept me up to date at all stage even when they needed to postpone due to Covid, thank you.

Had a problem with my condense pump
Had a problem with my condense pump, rand MAC and within a few hours an engineer was booked in. New pump fitted even though the pump was faulty, MAC wanted to be sure. Cannot fault these guys they do amazing work and also really tidy too! Cannot recommend mAC enough!

MAC were really professional
MAC were easy to contact, came when expected and were really helpful. The ordering process was smooth and they were able to install a heat pump for us the next week. The engineers on site were polite and considerate and made sure that the process was as easy as possible. It was a longer job than expected but the engineer came back on Saturday to make sure that everying was finished. Really impressed!

I was quoted over £1000 more by another company, whom insisted I need a complete replacement, however that was not the case, MAC ordered a new part and fixed the issue. I found them extremely professional and exceptionally reasonable. In addition the lovely Emma was a delight to deal with.

Saved by MAC
Like many I needed an aircon unit to heat and cool a garage conversion and I foolishly bought a self installation model from an online direct vendor. BIG MISTAKE. The unit was self gassed with propane which escaped during installation meaning the unit was effectively useless. MAC was the only company that responded to my queries and Nathan (the Manager) kindly offered to come take a look and then gave me a quote for cleaning up my mess. They did a bang up job and made it all neat and tidy, redid all the pipework and thoroughly tested and checked the operation. I can't thank Nathan and his team enough, they saved me from a very costly mistake. Lesson learned is don't buy aircon online...go to a specialist and get the job done right 1st time.

Had a heating and air con unit fitted at my house today, the engineers were very friendly, professional and tidy. Communication with the sales and customer service office has been great throughout, would definitely recommend Midland Air Con.

Fantastic Service & Installation
Fantastic service received from Midland Air Conditioning who have recently installed a AC system in our residential property. We would highly recommend them as the installation went very well. We were impressed with advice we were given from the company on the make and system size to go for and the the quality of the installation was superb. They even cleared up after themselves which my wife was very impressed with.
The engineers were very polite, organised and professional.
