Midland Air Conditioning (MAC) did a superb job of installing my home air-conditioning system. They provided a competitive and detailed quote, and from the first phone call I felt comfortable dealing with them. No unnecessarily complicated jargon or patronizing installers, just a professionally delivered job from a capable and polite team.

For example, I wanted one of the internal units installed in a more complicated location. Instead of giving me excuses, Wayne just looked it over, said “no problem,” and got it done. I also wanted a secondary consumer unit, and the installation Mark did is so much tidier than the original. The loft space cabling is so neat that I thought it was part of the original house installation.

In short, was I happy with their work? Yes. Will I use them for my solar installation? Absolutely.

Very happy with the work done by Midland aircon. My house was a fairly large project, 12 indoor units and 3 outdoor units. The install took 11 days. The installers who worked at my property (Callum, Dan, and Matt) were very polite, took care with my home and overall did an amazing job. Thanks again :)

I was impressed at the initial survey by Nathan's knowledge and helpful approach. Alex and Dan followed through with a pleasant style, accommodating approach and a high degree of professionalism, quickly finding solutions for the issues that presented themselves and discussing choices where appropriate.

Very happy with my installation. Callum and Mark clearly knew what they were doing and fitted my system with a clear strategy towards an end product and outcome. They were polite, hard working and worked tidy. I am very impressed and will certainly have them back to fit another unit in the future!

Everything is finished and all work is carried out to a high standard. The engineers Mark and Alex were very friendly and professional and the installation is flawless, in both engineering and aesthetical point of view. There was no rubbish I had to collect after their work - clean, no boxes, not even dust from drilling! Excellent job! :)

The price is a bit higher than the average, but it is worth it any penny. The warranty is comprehensive and hassle free as the company seems stable and will be there in case of issues. We 've chosen MITSUBISHI Electric and we are very pleased so far.

I had two air conditioning units installed in my house last week by MAC. Both the Airconditioning Engineer and Electrician were respectful of my property, took personal pride in the quality of their work and cleaned up afterwards. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone purchasing air conditioning.

I recently had 5 internal air-conditioning units installed and an external unit. The process was very straight-forward and smooth. The initial assessment was carried out by Michael, who was very professional and accommodating.

The installation was lead by Jamie. Excellent communication, and very professional. Despite the fact that I wasn’t present in the house during the process, he made sure that I understood where everything was going to be installed, and explained the process. He also sent over photos after completion to show the end result. It was a very tidy and neat installation. He was very kind to take time off his weekend and explain to me over the phone how the air-conditioners are operated once I was able to visit the house.Very friendly and helpful.

Professional offer of installation valuation and advice look beautiful on paper. The reality is decidedly different. I was ignored and unserved so I highly NO recommend IT.

I recently had four AC units installed by Midland Air Conditioning.
The installation went very smoothly with the team paying great attention to detail to ensure a very neat job. They tidied up after themselves every day and it was a very smooth and satisfactory experience.
Both the internal and external units are extremely quiet.

We popped into the showroom on the off-chance, and were amazed by how knowledgeable Anthony the salesperson was. He walked us through choosing the units, and told us what to expect. We then found out there was an installation slot available almost immediately, so we jumped at it.

Wayne the installer and Dan the electrician both did an amazing job. Wayne put everything just where we wanted it, did the install perfectly, and cleaned up so there was no sign any work had been done.

We were 100% satisfied, and would recommend MAC to anyone.

5* service from MAC, Mike (sales) was extremely helpful when quoted, there was abit of a delay with the units I had ordered (no fault of MAC, just a supplier issue) so they upgraded my units to ensure these would get installed in July, fantastic customer service!

Katy from customer service was extrmely efficient and prompt in answering all of my many questions.

Callum & Tyler were really professional installing the units over 3 days, I literally didnt know they were there, kept me informed throughout the day and were so friendly, cleaned up as they went and finally Dan (electrician) was very efficient and they finished the job of installing 3 air con units within 3 days.

Excellent Overall / Very professional - House Installation. 3 off Mitsubishi MSZ-HR25VF 2.5kW units with WiFi & Remote control units plus a Multi-split Condenser unit MXZ-3F54VF3 wall mounted outside. 7 year Manufacturers Warranty + 12 month Anvillary Warranty included. Mike Sales was very helpful in the initial technical sales recommending installation options. Planning Co-ordinator Katy very efficient responded same day on emails which was nice to see. Installed July 2023 on planned dates - no delays! Two Engineers (Callum & Tyler) took 3 days + Electrician (Dan) 1 day to install system. 10 out of 10 neat installation - no mess / Like the black ducting externally. Recommend MAC - I plan to use them again when I do an extension.Units cool the rooms and perform quietly.

Midland Air Con were amazing, Dan (electrician) and Jamie (installer) did a pro job, they explained everything really clearly, were hard working and very respectful of our time, house and the fact we had other work going on too. I fully recommend Midland Air conditioning. The units are fab:)
