Missing data in what was sent to Vodafone for my port resulting in a week between my number going offline and then online following Vodafone having to manually set up a port. Suspect there is a mismatch between what fields are mandatory and what Vodafone need

Good price for phone, good delivery
The phone I wanted was at a good price so I purchased it outright without any contract. I did not give 5 stars as no receipt was emailed as proof of purchase so I was left wondering for a bit. I was later messaged that they were waiting for supplies 'soon' and that the phone would be delivered by free next day delivery once it was in stock. Again I was left wondering but this was short lived as the next day I had a message from DPD about a delivery being made and the phone arrived, so all was well. Using the chat service to request a receipt after delivery worked well with the receipt being emailed. Unfortunately, the phone lines were busy at that time so I gave up waiting.

Best offer by far, almost a third off my old bill which immediately gets a thumbs up. Response to application was prompt and I was kept informed at each step. Phone arrived next day.

I was taken to Metrofone after finding a great deal on Uswitch for a new phone. Placing my order could not have been easier and communication from their customer service was promt. My phone arrived quickly and it was just as expected. Thank you.
Order placed and still not arrived
Order placed and still not arrived. I placed my order on 2nd January for delivery on 3rd. When i checked my tracking status, it said it was out of stock and to check on the website for when it would be back in stock. I checked that evening and it said it was still in stock so I spoke to someone on their live chat who said it took a bit for their website to update. Checked the next morning and it was still in stock. Spoke to someone again and they said that I could choose a different colour and it would arrive next day on the 4th. Tracking then changed to ready for dispatch and I spoke to someone on live chat who said I would get an email that evening with my tracking and hour slot window. That evening nothing came. On the 4th, I contacted someone on live chat again who said my order was frozen in their system and their supervisor would push it out again and it would be with me on the 5th. I checked my tracking and it changed back to out of stock so I contacted them again and they said that there was only 1 porcelain colour in stock so might be an error so they could change it to winter green as there were plenty of them. I agreed and it changed back to ready for dispatch. I was assured by multiple people that I would get an update email in the evening of the 4th ready for delivery on 5th. It is now the 5th and I have had no update or tracking or confirmation of dispatch. I am extremely disappointed as I checked with multiple people on delivery and still not received anything. They are also closed today, Sunday 5th so I can't get any updates. I am back to work next week and my current contract runs out so I really needed it ASAP. Bear this in mind if you are ordering that you might not get your order!!
