A very caring company that shows compassion throughout the process!

Rhonda was exceptionally helpful and so compassionate, has such a beautiful way of comforting you in your hardest times. So friendly and helpful with anything we needed right up to calling about collection of ashes as it felt to sensitive for us. Super quick in responding and nothing was too much, this lady made the service my granddad purchased for himself worth every penny and more! Good value considering how expensive funerals are.
I am glad we will be using this company again for another family members pre-paid funeral as they have proven to be fantastic and organised. I hope we are able to have Rhonda for whenever this is needed. This lady is personable and genuinely makes you feel comfortable not like talking to an advisor but like talking to a friend who’s there to care and support you! Heart of gold!

I found overall a good service. A little more information about what was happening would have helped me. I was informed that my husband was being picked up from hospital. And was in Peterborough. But it was not made clear. Where his body had been taken. I made an appointment to take items to be put with him . But on arrival at co op in Peterborough was informed that he was elsewhere .co op in Midgate were also unaware of where he was. But did make sure the items were taken to him. The gentleman that returned his ashes was lovely and very helpful.

At the worst time of my life I received the best customer care from Sue at Memoria. Everyone I spoke with was very caring and respectful. Neil, the Ashes Courier who brought Mum home was courteous and easy to talk to, which made a difficult morning more bearable. Highly recommend.

Obtained info/basic quote on Friday & got call from Tracey at Memoria today, Monday. At this point, I was exploring 3 other provider options.
Following no pressure discussion with Tracey, I was delighted to agree basic cremation plan & make one-off payment. Plan covers all my required bases & compares well against others. Considerably cheaper than one.
Tracey was professional, polite, informative & charming, a real credit to the Company.
Speedy e-mail confirmation & follow-up, with written contract to follow in mail.
I would highly recommend Memoria to others looking for a Basic Cremation package that covers many aspects & represents excellent value for money.

Very easy to set up my pre-paid plan. Karen was very efficient and explained all the finer details very clearly to myself and my daughter. Very pleased with the price and we all now have peace of mind.
