Good communication, and quick with any response you require at the time .All the staff have showed us that they have great understanding how difficult this situation is for families.Very helpful for situations beyond what their role should be . They provided us with the service we asked for all very respectful at all times , never trying to push you to purchase anything that you did not want . I would recommend their service to anyone.

I felt very let down as I had to chase for information every step of the way. I was told that I would be updated and in the end the only way to get updates was to contact Memoria and made to feel I was a nuisance.

Phones answered directly without the usual "press button" selection. Friendly helpful staff who demonstrate care and understanding.

After making initial contact with Sam, apart from completing a legal form online, everything was taken care of by Memoria, I had to do nothing. I would highly recommend them and already have to friends who want a direct cremation but are not keen on a prepaid plan.

Sam duffet was very caring and very helpful she went above and beyond to help us during our time dealing with the bank and any answers we needed or time we needed to sort things out she helped in every way possible so a big thankyou to Sam and the whole team for the help we received

The service offer was explained in a most accessible manner and comprehensively. Different forms of payment were also explained. I had questions regarding personal requests and confirmation which were fully answered. I was surprised and delighted by the sensitivity accorded to personalizing the experience for my dependents. I'm sorry to be missing it !!

I have booked a pre paid plan for a direct funeral with Memoria Funerals for both my wife and myself by telephone, it was so comforting and explained with a very plesent and and knowledgeble person who spent time and clearly went into this plan so sincere and understanding with question and answers carried out very clearly and straight forward which i found was honest and reliable with great expeirience of customer care.
I wish to thank Shaun the person who finalised both plans and Memoria Funerals for the the dedicated work in preparing these plans for me without any problems at all.
