Aircast is a fantastic cryotherapy option and saves the hassle of having to keep replacing a bag containing ice cubes. Yes, it needs ice cubes but it is a much cleaner method and you don’t get wet from melting ice on your skin.
I have the knee cuff and it spreads the iced water around the knee joint superbly.
It has been worth its weight in gold during my knee replacement surgery recovery 💫💫💫💫💫
