Good choice....quick delivery

Good choice....I ordered wrong product, realised as soon as I did it...sent e-mail straight away however was told it was too late.

Shame you cannot cancel the order before it is despatched.

Easy to use and to compare similar products. Good value and delivery was quick and items well packaged. The Prosys catheter valves are accurately described and are a good quality. I didn't need it but their customer service telephone presumably with a real person could be useful if I have a particular product to discuss.

A promised next day delivery turned out to be 3 days. Not good communication about this. Product was as expected.
