Tried to transfer from NIB/Qantas silver plus advanced to Medibank Silver plus secure. Have been unable to ascertain if cover will be the same. Transfer process is long. Waiting for clearance certificate to be applied long. Qantas tell me sent and I SENT COPY myself.Chat not useful and call wait times very long. Have decided to cancel transfer and reinstate Qantas. They can at least tell me I am covered for upcoming surgery ro eyes.

I found my contact with Medibank very informative and especially liked how the information that was relayed in the online chat was then emailed to me as a PDF along with other helpful information. The follow-up emails in the lead up to my surgery were also very good. I’m not a fan of AI tools, but it was a very good experience.

I recently committed to a hydrotherapy course to improve my balance after operations on my back and another to ease hydrocephalus that had developed in my brain.
To my amazement and great disappointment, out of a course fee of $768 I was refunded $20!
I'm on the highest level of coverage and this was an insult and until I get an explanation of why this was so pathetically low, I shall be giving consideration to changing funds. This, after many years at ahm and then changing to Medibank Private. I await your response.
