I changed my car insurance to Youi earlier this year which resulted in a substantial saving in premium. Youi has been a pleasure to deal with, no long wait time when I phone, a local call centre with very friendly, helpful stafff who understand my questions and whom I can understand when they answer. I can highly recommend Youi, what a difference!

The service I received was exceptional, the customer service officer went above and beyond to handle my claim lodgement explaining all the details in a clear and very friendly manner, cannot fault the service I received, thank you YouI.

I went through a long process online then a longer process on the phone to be told right at the end that Youi will not insure at agreed value do not use youi staff member would not let me speak and continually cut me off when I could speak
