The fabric in the item you ordered is a very high-quality cotton/poly blend which is nice and stretchy for fitness. This has been used in our Intensity products for years and has only ever received 4-5 star positive feedback and reviews as you can see on our website. We only use the highest quality fabrics. Sent me an email 1-2 days after my purchase saying my all the colours I wanted was not in stock, one of the tank tops was the wrong size and also had no tag on it. I wasn't bothered sending it back.

I send again all the mails with the problems
after sending three mail complaining that there was a problem with the website that had duplicated one of the items and I do not receive any response, I get the order with only 1 shirt having paid 2. I have been waiting for more than three weeks for an answer that never has arrived. Very bad customer service, I feel cheated. Actually i resend all the mails that i send you since the first problem

Great clothing, poor service
Despite the tracked return parcel being signed for by one of the company owners, no acknowledgement of receipt of return has been provided, no refund has been processed, and no indication has been provided of how long this will take. On the 2 occasions I've emailed the company, no response has been received.
Even though the clothes are decent, the aftersales is awful. Just read the other reviews.
Edit: email received finally confirming that refund will be processed. The clothing they provide is great, but they let themselves down by providing poor service.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Awful Customer Service
I returned my order to them for an exchange. I reached not confirmation that they had received the parcel and waited over a month for either a refund or my exchanged item. Neither of these things ever happened.
Your emails will be ignored and there is no phone number that you can use to contact them. I would recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

The most disgusting customer service
I ordered a christmas gift two weeks before christmas. It still have not arrived and even though I paid for the tracked and fast delivery the parcel is stuck in Italy Torino and has been there since 21st of december. ( Going to Copenhagen from UK)
I have contacted them three times and still have not received any response!
This is THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I have ever experienced and I will never buy anything from them again. After reading the rest of these reviews I doubt I will even get my money back....

Disgusting customer service
Ordered 5 items . 1 out of stock noted for refund - wasn’t refunded. 1 returned for exchange - never received exchange. Emailed twice - no response. Great items - absolutely appalling service . Wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone :(

No customer service at all
A while back, I purchased a black t-shirt from Machine Fitness. After delivery I opened the package, only to find a shirt that was stained all over the back. The t-shirt was folded around a piece of thick paper, which stuck to the back and gave off, probably because it's been in storage for a while.
So, over the past couple months, I tried to reach Machine Fitness, because I wanted to fix the issue. I've tried to reach them 5 times, both through their website and their instagram. Unfortunately, I never got a response.
Machine Fitness apparently doesn't care about their customers, which is unacceptable and rude. Therefore, I'm warning you for this brand. I highly advise you to buy from a different website.
