Charge £4.99 for express delivery (1-2 working days) and delivery was 5 working days.
No response from emails I sent. No communication from their instagram.

Never sent out my order. Continuously ignored my emails and form request. Was meant to be for a present, so disappointing and so poor to not even be bothered to reply. AVOID.
No customer service and don’t respond to emails or their online customer service forms. I ordered on their website 06/12/25 and payment service picked up my address for delivery instead of granddaughter’s address. I immediately messaged them on their online form to correct this and no response. I then emailed again on 10/12/25 and still no response. Have now discovered that they have sent order out to my address . Very disappointed
