Inconsistency with quality of clothes and weak customer service

Clothes are of decent quality depending on what you order, it seems to be luck of the draw... I ordered a par of black leggings from these guys as well as a t-shirt the leggings have started to fade after 2-3 washes which isn't ideal. The T-shirt is of good quality and seems to be holding up in the wash...

I've read other reviews on this website where they explain that customer service is awful, this is also my experience. I ordered a hoodie and decided I wanted to send it back... 4 months later and I am yet to receive a refund for my order #41763. I initially tried to contact them via email several times, no response. I then opened a case on Paypal which was instantly responded to where they requested proof of tracking. I could not provide tracking for an item I sent off 4 months ago so the case was closed.

There's not much I can do now except warn people wishing to purchase something from them... I will not be buying from them again.

I have looked into this and see your initial email request to us was responded to and our team requested a tracking number as we had not received your return, unfortunately a tracking was not provided and we were unable to verify your return. You then opened a PayPal case which resulted in the same outcome.

We are understand this may be frustrating, if we do not receive the return we are unable to process it. We pride ourselves on offering great quality products at affordable prices and rarely receive this type of feedback through the sources were we request feedback and reviews, of which trust pilot is not one of them. We have had over 100k customers in the 6 years we have been trading and Trust Pilot reviews account for much less than 0.05% of our customers and not a platform we follow our many happy customers up with.

Absolutely thee worst service ever!!!

Absolutely thee worst service I have experienced, they wouldn't respond to any of my emails, I paid for an item and they wouldn't give a refund (they only gave a gift card, which is NOT what I asked them a million times) and took over 4 weeks+ to get anywhere.

I am very upset and immensely angry at such poor service and the fact the there is no refund of my money to by bank account that I can use elsewhere.

It's now tied to this place, which I really dont want any dealings with at all for the fears of the above level of service.

I could never recommend them to anyone.

Delays and no refund

As many others have reviewed here, including the previous review, I have also got an ongoing problem with getting Machine Fitness to process a refund. Despite numerous emails to them and completing their online form( they don't provide a telephone number), Machine Fitness refuse to acknowledge receipt of the returned items and now they just ignore me. They have informed me that they have no record of the person who signed for and took delivery of the returned package which was delivered by Royal Mail 6th January.
I suppose they will now say they didn't receive my emails?
I used their returns form, their returns label which had their address on it and now they tell me that they can't find the parcel and they are checking other warehouses.
I might have expected such poor service though, as delivery to me of the original order was delayed and only processed after several enquiries by me.
It's a shame as I've not had problems in the past with MF and their clothing ranges are good. However, the company is severely let down by it's lack of customer service( no telephone number) and delays.

Don’t order from site

Don’t order from site , still waiting for my return after wrong products were sent to me from before Xmas and just get ignored time and time again. Avoid site. Terrible service. Yes replied to two emails and ignored the rest ! No one is bothered just pretends to be on this review site !
Update :
My order of two vests that were the wrong size and one that was the wrong type is now my fault apparently as no tracking on return, funny that companies like gymshark , do you even and ryderwear all get the returns that aren’t recorded but it’s my fault you sent wrong items then claim no return ,
Update 2 ! 2 more Emails ignored by company again even though acknowledged this review. No response privately but have reported my review as they aren’t happy with it . Fb comments on the page show others waiting on refund yet no reply by company
Update 3 , no reply to emails at all now and no refunds

I have checked our systems and can see our team have replied to your emails on the 19th December and then on the 27th December asking for a tracking for your return to check the location of your return, which you were unable to provide at the time and not ignored on either occasion as the review suggests. I have forwarded this onto our returns team to check for you this week to see if we have received it yet and I will get this processed accordingly for you,

Updated : All customer emails were responded to that were highlighted here. Customer emailed again at 12:19am at a similar time to writing this review and we responded here as a matter of urgency. As a company Machine Fitness do not ask customers for reviews after each order like some comnapies do on this site. We respond to every negative reviews that customers come here to put on if any issues arise as you can see form the reviews. With thousands of happy customers which leave reviews product on our website which we email after the customers have received the product.

Poor customer service

Be warned, there's alot of people complaining about sending the items back non tracked but with proof of postage and not reciveing a refund. The experience I've had with customer service I wouldn't be suprised if the receive the items see they are not tracked and keep them! I have a reference from royal mail the item was returned. Contacted machine fitness and they haven't received the item after a month of me sending it. Very poor customer service. I'm sure I'll receive a reply saying they want customer satisfaction and ask for more information but I've given them all the information I have. Never using this company again and it's a shame because the product is actually quiet nice.

Read the bad reviews on here but given…

Read the bad reviews on here but given a fitness influencer I follow endorsed them and their gear look pretty good I said I'd give them a try. I got sent the wrong colour vest and sent it back to be returned. Nearly two months later I have sent several emails to try and get this resolved but I think they have started to ignore them. I did get one vest which was of good quality I didn't want it to get to this stage

Terrible company

Terrible company. Never sent my item that I ordered in April. Its December now, been chasing ever since and they ignore all emails. Got in contact via social media and they just lied to me and still won't send the item out. Definately do not recommend.

No delivery No refund

I made an order on 14October. They haven’t delivered my order. They haven’t refunded my money. I have sent them emails but they stopped replying and still no refund and no delivery. I just want my money back.

This is my 3rd order within 3 months

This is my 3rd order within 3 months! Wow! I went for the Rush base layer stuff this time and just as good, if not better than Under Armour and Nikes base layer products and a fraction of the price. Everyone in the gym keeps asking me where I'm getting the clothes from haha! Thanks Machine Fitness.

Not received order #41550

First of all machine fitness sent me the completely wrong items and the one item which was correct is faulty. So I returned the incorrect items over 3 weeks ago now and still not received my order. Had multiple emails not answered and when I do get an answer it’s always “we are looking into it” but never get a reply and the delay is still ongoing. The worst customer service I have ever received!!! Had I seen all these terrible reviews before hand I would of never ordered!!

Update 4/11/19:

So finally received the hoodie after all my chasing. However, still not received the replacement bottoms!! Once again Machine Fitness let themselves down. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Avoid this company, the aggravation caused is not worth it!!

Order received!

My order had took longer then usual to ship out. At first I was very frustrated, but eventually Customer Service responded back to my emails & were able to re-ship my order. Something must of been wrong with their web portal, because it never provided me my tracking number, but Customer Service emailed it to me directly. I received my order and was super satisfied with my merchandise. Great material! Good quality! Best price ever! Thank you!

Terrible service.

I bought my order (three T-shirts) on April 27 and I have not received yet (September 10). I am very disappointed with this situation. I have not received any answer whatsoever from customer service, even though, I have send an email every day.

Terrible service. I do not recommend buying to this company.

No customer service - do not order from them

I bought three t-shirts which were the wrong size and not suitable for me, so returned them only to receive no response from the company. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund, but these have been ignored. I received one email saying that they'd look into it, but no response since. So, to date - now over two months ago since I returned the shirts - I haven't received any reassurance that this issue is being resolved.

I can categorically say that I will not order from this company again, and doubt I'll wear any of their branding in my gym again.

UPDATE [4 Oct 19]: Machine Fitness eventually got in touch, but after a few emails, they have stopped communication again. Looks like they're probably just going through the motions of responding to feedback rather than trying to resolve the issues.

Poor/non existent customer service

I have now emailed several times regarding my return of one of 3 items I ordered and have had one reply asking for proof of postage which I sent showing it was received and signed for over two weeks ago then another email some days later when they didn’t reply again I emailed again and they replied saying they will look into it and then no reply again after that. I have emailed again several times, contacted via Instagram and Facebook messages with no reply and even commented on Facebook and Instagram posts comments which they then deleted. Worst customer service I have had. Good products but I’d steer clear due to the horrendous service when trying to get a refund I’d be happy to just receive the best back at this point as they clearly don’t want to refund me after ignoring several different types of trying to message them but I just receive no reply for over a week now. What the he’ll is this the worst service ever I thought I’m the only one till I saw this reviews come on man . I thought I made a mistake with my order so I try again with my other card and I didn’t receive any confirmation but I saw in my bank account that the first order was ok and now they have to refund me for the second time but no one answering on all social networks and they delete my comment on IG like they did with other client shame on you “machine fitness” never ever again

Unfortunately due to the amount of comments we get on our social media posts across our instagram pages, this is not a method that our customer service team are able to pick up as I am sure you can understand, which is why negative / not appropriate comments are deleted. Regarding Trust Pilot, we have thousands of happy customers and do not ask our customers to come and leave reviews as some other companies do, so therefore people only leave reviews when they are unhappy. This in unfortunately an inaccurate image of our company and something we are looking to try and rectify and may have to look at asking customers for reviews in the future. Thank you.
